LIFESTYLE LETTER
Turning the Page to 2026 The start of a new year is always full of possibilities, a chance to set new goals, embrace fresh opportunities, and look ahead with intention. As we step into 2026, we’re gifted with a fresh start — a clean slate. At the same time, this season can also feel a little challenging. After the excitement of the holidays, it can be hard to adjust to a regular rhythm. The return to routines, the quiet and stillness of a January winter, and even the pressure of resolutions can feel like a lot. Instead of pushing those feelings away, let’s welcome them together as a gentle reminder of the possibilities to slow down, take care of ourselves, and tackle something new. And what better way to begin than with our Health & Wellness issue, filled with ideas, experiences, and perspectives to motivate and jumpstart your year! First, in the news, Erickson Marine reminds us that January is Boat Show month. Our own Rebecca Hahn was on KSTP talking all things Avian. And Highmark keeps winning awards for everything Home. This issue also gives pointers on how to get stronger with Top Training and how to start your morning routine with a purpose, with expert advice from Michelle King. Lindee Construction is featured for their very specialized remodeling business that lets you age in place and accommodate any special needs along the way in your Minnetonka Home. And finally, Finalé and the Institute of Advanced Aesthetics help us have confidence in our own skin. As we welcome 2026, may you find inspiration and permission to invest in yourself... fully, thoughtfully, and without hesitation. Here’s to a healthy and empowered year ahead. See you around the Lake!

Sam Topping, owner and founder of Top Training LLC
Strength training might get a bad rap — if you picture complicated gym equipment, heavy weights, endless protein shakes, or hours spent in the gym to get results, you aren’t alone. “Over the years, I’ve noticed a few common misconceptions and myths that clients will bring up when chatting with me for the first time. Far and away, the biggest one is lack of time and the time commitment required,” says Sam Topping, owner and founder of Top Training LLC.
“As long as you are consistent with your routine, have it structured properly, and train with a high level of effort, it really doesn’t require hours upon hours in the gym every week.”

“As long as you are consistent with your routine, have it structured properly, and train with a high level of effort, it really doesn’t require hours upon hours in the gym every week. I believe in a ‘minimum effective dose’ of strength training that will still provide all of the physical, mental, and health benefits, rather than a more time-intensive, ‘high volume’ routine that has you in the gym 4-5 days per week. A couple days per week of strength training for 30-45 minutes can provide tremendous results,” says Sam. A second misconception is that strength training is inherently dangerous. “The risk of getting hurt during a set of a strength training exercise (especially under supervision) is very low if the movement is appropriate for the individual, they are using an appropriate load, and they use proper form.”
STRENGTH TRAINING BENEFITS
There is a wide array of benefits from strength training, and it is essential for aging adults, especially women. Strength training regularly can reduce the risk of insulin resistance and Type 2 Diabetes, lower blood pressure, prevent or slow down muscle loss with age, reduce the risk of Cardiovascular Disease, and improve mood. “For women specifically, reducing the risk of osteoporosis is a big one. With hormonal changes during menopause, women are at a greater risk of losing bone mineral density, along with muscle tissue. Resistance training can help mitigate these age-related changes,”
18
G E T ACT IV E | FI TNES S
says Sam. “Strength training should be the foundation of, and a non-negotiable part of everyone’s health and fitness routine.”
HOW TO ADD IN STRENGTH TRAINING
Finding a safe and effective way to add strength training doesn’t have to be complicated, and there are tons of resources to turn to. Sam encourages you to take these tips into consideration when starting a strength training routine. • Use Proper Form. It is very important to learn and practice (with a light weight at first!) the proper technique for performing a movement. “Perfect the form and movement quality before increasing weight or going to a more advanced variation of a movement,” says Sam. • Tailor Your Exercise to Your Body. No two bodies are the same, and no two workout routines need to be either. The movements that work well for someone else might not work for you and your body structure. It’s important to select movements that you have the mobility to perform and do not cause pain. “What works well for one person may not work well for another. For example, I might choose a dumbbell bench press for a client with healthy shoulders and a push-up for someone else who has a lot of shoulder issues. Some of my taller clients may do better with more single-leg movements for the lower body instead of squats and deadlifts, where you use both legs at the same time,” explains Sam.
GOOD FOR THE BRAIN
“Strength training has been shown to have a very positive impact on people with Alzheimer’s and/or experiencing dementia and MCI.”
While the physical effects of strength training are apparent, it can also help improve cognitive function. “Another area of emerging strength training research has looked at Alzheimer’s patients, dementia, and Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). Strength training has been shown to have a very positive impact on people with Alzheimer’s and/or experiencing dementia and MCI,” says Sam. In a recent research study published in Geroscience, resistance exercise helped to preserve the integrity of the brain’s white matter, which is essential for communication between brain cells. According to the Fischer Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation, adding strength training twice a week may protect the brain against dementia. While research on this is still new, the results for brain health are very promising.
WHERE DO I START?
If you are serious about adding strength training to your routine, enlisting the help
of a fitness professional would be the best course of action, especially if you have injuries or limitations. “I would find a personal trainer who is knowledgeable on the human body to do an assessment with you and create a strength training routine that is customized for you,” recommends Sam. “If in-person training is not feasible, there are many good resources and programs online created by reputable coaches that can help with getting started in the gym.” What is most important for optimal results is consistency, a high level of effort during training, and following an appropriate strength training routine that is based on your ability, age, injury history, and, of course, your goals. Sam Topping is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Personal Trainer. He works with clients at THE GYM MPLS in Golden Valley. You can reach him at samtoptraining@gmail.com, call 608-333-2181, or visit toptrainingllc.com for more information on how to get started with your fitness journey.

MINDFUL MORNINGS ARTICLE BY KENDRA JOHNSON
I think it’s safe to assume that many of us hit snooze on our alarms at least once — probably more — in the morning before we reluctantly slide out of bed. Then we’re inevitably in a rush to get ourselves and the kids ready for the day. That hustle and stress to get out the door on time often doesn’t set a good precedent for the rest of the day, and especially not for our kids. But did you know that taking even five extra minutes in the morning to breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself can set a positive tone for the rest of your day?

“It’s really about just presence and stillness and just slowing down enough to reconnect with yourself before the world starts making demands on you. Setting that intention in just one moment can shift your entire energy so that you start on firm ground before you enter the world,” says Michelle King, founder of Positive Presence Global, a coaching company for teenagers and young adults. Positive Presence’s vision is to eradicate teenage suicide globally by 2035. Their efforts focus on proactive, preventative mental wellness, and sometimes that starts with something as small as a few deep breaths in the morning, a long hug from a loved one, or a dance party before leaving the house. According to Michelle, creating a simple morning routine — spanning just a few moments up to 10 minutes — can help you make more positive decisions throughout the day. While your morning ritual should be customized to your lifestyle and what you’re comfortable with, Michelle says there are three basics that have had an extremely positive impact on the teens she has coached and even on herself: a grounding ritual, movement with mindfulness, and avoiding your phone. A grounding ritual or habit is meant to bring you a sense of calm and connection in the moment. This can be especially important in the morning, taking a moment to breathe deeply for just 10 seconds to create a stillness before the noise of the day. Finding time to incorporate movement into your day doesn’t always have to happen first thing in the morning, but it can help remove any jitters about your day and help your body feel better. Going for a short walk, stretching, or having a quick dance party are great examples of how you can add some movement into your routine. Avoiding your phone in the morning can often be the most difficult of the three habits, as many of us use our phones as our alarm clocks. But a good rule of thumb is to turn the alarm off and put your phone down immediately for just 10 minutes. Giving yourself time to really wake up with your own thoughts can do wonders for your life.
“It’s really about just presence and stillness and just slowing down enough to reconnect with yourself before the world starts making demands on you.” Michelle King, founder of Positive Presence Global

“I think that the big part of this kind of personalized curated morning ritual is really about making yourself the core of your life for just a split second.”
24
M EN TA L WE LLB E IN G | WE LLN E SS
“I think that the big part of this kind of personalized curated morning ritual is really about making yourself the core of your life for just a split second, and I think that small act of alignment in the morning really ripples into better focus and emotional regulation,” Michelle says. One of the best parts about creating a personalized morning ritual is that it can extend to your family as well. According to Michelle, the best way to get your family in on having a “mindful morning” is to organically incorporate the habits into your day. This can be something as easy as asking your kids if they slept well the night before or if they’re ready for the day ahead while you’re making breakfast or coffee. Another simple — yet often overlooked — ritual you can easily incorporate is a long hug with your kids or significant other before everyone leaves for the day. “I think those moments of connection, long pauses, align you with what’s most important in your life,” Michelle says. It’s also important, especially for parents with teenagers, to approach a new morning routine with empathy, not enforcement. There may be a reason mornings are difficult for your child to handle. It’s important to determine why that is before pushing new habits on them. But co-creating a routine focused on the three basics and staying consistent can go a long way for both you and your family. Discovering what works best for you and your family in the mornings may take some time. Don’t get discouraged if the first thing you try doesn’t work. And remember, there are always pathways to support, especially at Positive Presence Global. positivepresenceglobal.com

SHOT IN THE ARM
Last August, I sustained a shoulder injury. It wasn’t caused by something heroic. I was not preventing a puppy from running into traffic. Nor was it caused by something athletic. I did not have a standout performance on a perimenopausal rugby team. It was the
28
classic middle-aged injury story, which are common and always quite pathetic. I was driving down the road and did what one is never supposed to do. I reached my arm behind me into the backseat and lifted my fifteen-pound purse over the passenger seat headrest. It was like performing a butterfly stroke while driving 70 mph, which sounds cool — except I was screaming.
Life Min

While it was happening, I thought, “Nope. Nope. Nope. This is dumb. DO NOT DO IT. I shouldn’t do this. NOOOOOO.” And if pain is a messenger, the message was clear — You are an idiot. I became like one of those people who is in a nauseatingly perfect new relationship and cannot stop talking about it. “I don’t know if I can go. I’ll have to see where my shoulder is at.” “Did I tell you about my shoulder?” “I can’t. I’m going somewhere with my shoulder.” It consumed my every thought, and I was tired of listening to myself about it. Luckily, after a quick seven visits to the chiropractor, two massages, one x-ray, one visit to the orthopedic surgeon, one cortisone shot, 40 yoga classes, and 248 Advil gel caps — it is better. It will likely take a year to heal. Also, every single professional gave me the same piece of advice. Keep moving. This is joint advice, but also solid life advice.
nded
It is said, “Health is wealth.” It’s never truer than when something goes wrong. Even more maddening than pain was me kicking myself about how ungrateful I was before the injury. I had not appreciated my full range of motion. I could have been out doing cartwheels when it was available to me. But I took it all for granted. Did you know you use shoulders for everything from getting dressed to unloading the dishwasher to folding laundry to walking the dog? You do. It was akin to how I behave when the power goes out. I try to flip on the light switch to do laundry. Oops. Can’t do that. I guess I’ll go watch TV. Nope. That’s ok, because I need to go charge my phone. Not working. Every single thing I wanted to do was limited, and I kept forgetting until searing pain politely reminded me. I have a new deep respect for those with chronic pain. They are the toughest humans among us, and they likely don’t blather on about it.
During my active resting of my shoulder, I read a story about a French woman who is a yoga instructor at age 102. I also read about an eighty-year-old woman who recently completed the Ironman competition. These are people who have kept moving, and I decided I needed far more moving and far less complaining. I have zero excuses. It’s 2026. This year I’m going to keep going forward. It’s exciting, I’m a few months closer to the possibility of full functioning. With any luck, I won’t hurt myself in a new area. If there is a metaphor for the purse incident, it is to always face our heaviest things. Lesson learned. I’ll be out in this winter weather on the walking trail waving at every passerby. Because I can be quite social. But most importantly, for now, I can raise both arms up above my head, and I’m so proud of these shoulders. They are facing the new year with hope.

WHERE Confidence
BEGINS “BARBARA’S GOAL IS SIMPLE: TO HELP EVERY PERSON WHO WALKS THROUGH HER DOORS FEEL VALUED, SUPPORTED, AND CONFIDENT IN THEIR SKIN. ‘YOU MATTER TO US.’”
When Barbara Baruth opened Finalé Hair Removal and Skin Care Med Spa in 2013, she did so with a clear purpose: to give clients real results and genuine care in a space where they felt supported and understood. What began as a single med spa has since grown into two complementary businesses: Finalé and The Institute of Advanced Aesthetics, each designed to help people feel confident in their skin through education, expertise, and personalized treatment.
FROM PERSONALIZED TREATMENTS TO HANDS-ON EDUCATION, THE INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED AESTHETICS & FINALÉ MED SPA PUT PEOPLE FIRST — EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. 32

Barbara’s fascination was sparked in 1990, when she was first introduced to laser hair removal. “I became enamored by what lasers could do,” she says. That early curiosity stayed with her, and in 2007, she attended the National Laser Institute in Arizona to become a certified laser technician. Her early years working in two laser practices shaped the model she wanted for her own business. She often saw clients treated like transactions rather than people with real concerns, and she knew she could offer something better. “Clients were not dollar signs to me. I genuinely wanted to help them improve their lives.” Some of her most meaningful moments came from clients dealing with dysphoria or long-held embarrassment. “Seeing a beautiful smile on someone who once hid behind their hair… Once they start seeing results, they no longer feel hopeless. THAT is why I do what I do.”
As Finalé grew, so did Barbara’s passion for education. She began teaching part-time at a beauty school, where visiting students often came to Finalé for real-world learning. Those experiences showed her how much future aestheticians valued hands-on training, mentorship, and an environment where they weren’t “just another number.” When Minnesota split its esthetics licensing into Basic and CONTINUED > JANUARY 2 0 2 6 | C I TYL I FE STYL E . Advanced in 2018, Barbara saw an opportunity to meet that need. Encouraged by her students, she opened The Institute of Advanced Aesthetics — an education-focused clinic designed to feel more like a spa than a traditional classroom. Today, the Institute offers a thoughtful progression of services performed by highly trained students. Clients can enjoy facials, body treatments, waxing, lash lifts, and brow lamination — the types of experiences Barbara calls “relaxation and feeling good” treatments. The advanced practice side focuses on results-driven services, including chemical peels, microneedling, microcurrent, galvanic and high-frequency treatments, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning. Students learn to analyze skin thoroughly and build customized treatment plans. “By explaining what is being done and why, we educate our clients to help them understand what is possible for their skin type,” Barbara says. Finalé, operating under medical directorship, expands on that foundation with more advanced procedures. The med spa offers laser hair removal, electrolysis, photo rejuvenation, RF microneedling, skin resurfacing, spider vein treatments, tattoo removal, and medical-grade facials tailored to the client’s goals. Every appointment begins with a free consultation where clients can ask questions, learn what treatments will deliver realistic results, and better understand how their skin functions. “If a client is asking for something we know won’t work how they want, we will educate them on what will work and why,” explains Barbara. Consistency is key in many of these treatments, and part of Barbara’s

mission is helping clients understand how factors like hair-growth cycles, age, lifestyle, and skin turnover rates affect results. Whether someone is struggling with acne, sun damage, stretch marks, or pigmentation concerns, the Finalé team focuses on long-term transformation rather than one-time fixes. What ties both businesses together is their shared commitment to confidence, healing, and genuine support. “When you think you look good, you feel good,” Barbara says. That philosophy extends not only to clients but also to the students she mentors. “These businesses would not be here without my teams,” she emphasizes. “Their love and passion for the industry runs just as deep as mine.” For readers looking to prioritize wellness in the new year, Barbara recommends starting with a facial, whether at student pricing at the Institute or through the more clinical offerings at Finalé. Establishing a healthy skin foundation allows clients to build confidence and consider more advanced treatments over time. Finalé also offers a $100 monthly VIP membership that includes a facial (normally $150) and 30% off laser services, making ongoing self-care more accessible. Ultimately, Barbara’s goal is simple: to help every person who walks through her doors feel valued, supported, and confident in their skin. “You matter to us,” she notes, and at both The Institute of Advanced Aesthetics and Finalé Med Spa, that message is reflected in every service, consultation, and smile that leaves the space. aestheticsadvanced.com finalemn.com

Directions
1. If adding broccoli, preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Wash and cut the broccoli, placing it on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and add salt/pepper to taste. Roast the broccoli for about 18-20 minutes (or until tender). 2. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. 3. Warm up the remaining oil or butter in a deep sauté pan (or saucepan) over medium-high heat. 4. Add in the cubed butternut squash and sauté for about 4-6 minutes. 5. Add salt/pepper to taste. 6. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer. Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
7. Remove from heat, then add in the milk and stir. 8. Use an immersion blender or pour the mixture into a blender and blend to a smooth puree. 9. Place back in the pan over low heat. 10. Add in the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, nutritional yeast (optional), and salt/pepper. 11. Add the shredded cheese and remove from heat, stirring often, until it’s completely melted into the sauce. 12. Pour the pasta into the pan and stir until evenly coated. 13. Mix in the roasted broccoli (optional), serve, and enjoy!

The New Frontier of Health U N D E R S TA N D I N G T H E “WHY” BEHIND WELLNESS ARTICLE BY ANGELA BROOCKERD PHOTOGRAPHY BY JANIE JONES AND PROVIDED like ferritin or SHBG—which binds testosterone and estrogen—are completely missed. Beyond lab work, there are other factors: mitochondrial health, sleep quality, mental health, and even how sensitive your dopamine and serotonin receptors are. “Normal” labs do not always equal normal physiology for you.
AN INTERVIEW WITH DR. KYLE GILLETT
Why do so many people feel exhausted, foggy, or unwell, even when their medical tests insist everything is “fine”? Why are we prescribed quick fixes instead of being given real answers? Across modern medicine, a shift is happening. More patients are demanding real explanations, and more clinicians are rethinking what “healthcare” should actually mean. Leading that shift is Dr. Kyle Gillett, a dual board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine and an expert in metabolic, hormonal, and preventive health. Through his clinic, research, and The Gillett Health Podcast, he’s become a trusted voice for people seeking science-based, root-cause solutions rather than symptom-based band-aids. “Functional medicine is really ‘root cause medicine,’” Dr. Gillett often says. “It’s about asking why the problem exists and not just quieting the noise.” In this Q&A, Dr. Gillett breaks down the most common questions he hears from patients and offers simple, actionable guidance anyone can begin using today.
1. “WHY DO I FEEL AWFUL EVEN THOUGH MY LABS ARE ‘NORMAL’?”
Dr. Gillett: I like to say, “There is no such thing as ‘we’ve done everything.’” We can always dig deeper. Often, the labs ordered are the wrong type of assay, or important markers
42
H EA LT H Y LIF E ST Y LE | H E ALT H + WE LLN E SS
2. “HOW DO I FIX MY ENERGY, BRAIN FOG, OR SLEEP WITHOUT 20 MEDICATIONS?”
Dr. Gillett: Start with a good, comprehensive lab panel to assess nutrients and hormones. Then build the foundation with sleep. My favorite tool is the 10/3/2/1/0 rule: • 10 hours before bed: No caffeine • 3 hours: Avoid large meals and alcohol • 2 hours: No vigorous exercise • 1 hour: No bright blue or white light • 0: No snoozing and no inconsistent sleep/wake times Aim for 7+ hours of high-quality sleep. When sleep improves, energy almost always follows.
3. “IS MY GUT ACTUALLY CAUSING ALL THESE OTHER PROBLEMS?”
Dr. Gillett: Gut health influences most major health issues, but it’s rarely the only problem. Diet is my second pillar of health for a reason. Exercise, sleep, and stress reduction all improve gut function too. Even simple tools like self-hypnotherapy apps can reduce gut-related symptoms.
4. “WHAT CAN I DO RIGHT NOW, TODAY, TO START FEELING BETTER?”
Dr. Gillett: Focus on the pillars of health: diet, exercise, sleep, stress, sunlight, social connection, and spiritual

health. Treat them like habits and find ways to make them enjoyable or easy to start. Supplements and medications are supportive tools, not substitutes. Think of them like turbo chargers: they enhance a system that’s already functioning.
A FINAL WORD FROM DR. GILLETT
“The goal isn’t to tell people what to do, rather it’s to give them the information they need to decide what’s best for themselves.” By understanding the why behind your symptoms, labs, and lifestyle choices, you become the driver, not the passenger, of your health journey.

B u i l t fo r Eve r y L i fe C h a p te r HOW LINDEE CONSTRUCTION’S SPECIALIZED REMODELING EXPERTS HELP FAMILIES STAY IN THE HOMES THEY LOVE
ARTICLE BY LAUREN BEAUBAIRE

Your home should be your refuge. A place of comfort. Of safety. A place that feels well… like home. But when injury, health changes, or aging make getting around harder, and that beautiful bathtub or basement washer and dryer turn into daily obstacles, that sense of ease and safety can slip away. Lindee Construction knows this all too well, and they’ve been helping their clients make their home feel like a home again since 1984. “At Lindee Construction, we specialize in ADA and accessibility projects, helping clients age-in-place and working with clients with disabilities and mobility challenges,” explains Frank Hinck, owner of Lindee Construction. “When I bought Lindee two years ago, I felt aligned with their mission and the work they do, as I had worked with Habitat for Humanity’s A Brush with Kindness program, which does similar home modification and accessibility projects.” Lindee is a self-performing General Contractor, and their staff does everything from accessible bathroom remodels, kitchen modifications, ramps, and home entry solutions to elevators, widening doorways and halls, and sensory rooms. “I pride myself on being a good communicator, and we know that many times this is a big emotional conversation,” says Frank. “We always approach with sensitivity and ensure we do exactly what our client wants so they’re safe and happy in their home.” Frank continues, “We’re unique in that we’re one of the few builders that have a CAPS certification, which is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist.” A CAPS certification means Frank has been trained through the National Association of Home Builders to design and build home modifications that improve safety, accessibility, and independence. In other words, Frank and his team are the experts at what they do.
“We’ve done over 140 accessibility projects over the last two years,” says Frank. “Because we are the demo guys, tile setters, painters, and carpenters, we move seamlessly and quickly through a project. We also work with a trusted team of plumbers, electricians, heating specialists, and a CAPS-certified interior designer.” Lindee’s office is located in the International Market Square (IMS) Design Center, where you’ll find every home-related vendor you could imagine. “There are four different tile vendors, The Knobbery for pulls and hardware, lighting showrooms, Cambria, furniture vendors, and so much more,” says Frank. “We love inviting our clients to the office for a design consultation to visit all these on-site vendors and get great ideas.” Because when remodeling your home, aesthetics are just as important as functionality. “We know the best products for accessibility. So whether it’s anti-slip tile or a toilet paper dispenser equipped with a grab bar, we can guide you to the best products that also match the style of your home — and don’t look institutional, like you’re in a nursing home.” When starting a project, Frank and his team look at three main factors: • Exterior barriers to entry and getting into the home. Do you live on a hill or have steps? How can you enter and leave safely multiple times a day? • The interior of the home. What areas of the home do you want to use? Focusing on which areas you want to access that you currently cannot, and which spaces you would like to transform for accessibility. • Making your home welcoming for others. How to make your home accessible for family and friends with mobility challenges. CONTINUED >

“We take a holistic approach with all our clients,” says Frank. “We’ll come out and do an assessment, meet the whole family, and see what their short- and long-term goals and needs are. We customize everything specifically to the person’s needs.” “I love going into an assessment and having the family recognize that Lindee is a company that will put their wishes and safety first. When I can offer them the perfect product and solutions. For instance, when I can say, ‘We don’t need to rip out seven doors to widen the doorways, I have the perfect door hinge that will widen the space and will only take two days to complete.’” Lindee also accepts MN State CADI Waiver payments for home accessibility updates, which has helped many families who can’t afford a full remodel still receive the home modifications they need. Frank shares, “We recently completed a project in Plymouth where the family paid to build a much-needed addition to their home, and the Waiver covered all the interior work, including a roll-in shower stall, ceiling lift, and ceiling patient lift.”
Frank Hinck, owner of Lindee Construction
“I love going into an assessment and having the family recognize that Lindee is a company that will put their wishes and safety first.” So, rather than downsizing or moving, the Lindee team remodels your home to make it safe and comfortable at a lower cost than moving and with less stress and effort on your end. The best part? You make upgrades that add value to your home while staying in the home you’ve created and love. “The most rewarding part for me is the transformation at the end of the project, knowing the person and family have a more accessible space that they can move through seamlessly,” says Frank. “That the changes make it easier for the client, their spouse or caretaker, and that they can enjoy their house in the long term.” Learn more: lindeeconstruction.com
