Here are a few: Do something nice for someone every day: drop off flowers or a notecard to a neighbor or friend nearby. Closer to home, do a chore that matters to someone else in your household. Look people in the eye when you shop or pass them on the street and smiling, under the mask. Add a nod of the head for emphasis. Take time for yourself to be alone, walking or reading. This is NOT selfish. It's self-care. Add a prayer for someone who you know is struggling. Learn about how you can volunteer safely in your community. Check the city websites or research a non-profit serving a population you care about. Campaign for a candi-

The event is one of the largest ovarian cancer awareness events in the Southeast and is held each year to remember those we have lost, honor those who are fighting, and recognize those who support the GOCA mission of ovarian cancer awareness and education. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing social distancing guidelines, GOCA invites the community to register online for The Very Versatile Virtual 2020 Teal Trot presented by Northside Hospital Cancer Institute and show the world your support for GOCA and ovarian cancer awareness by participating in your own fundraising run, walk, hike, bike ride, swim, dance, golf – anything that inspires you! – between September 14 and 30, 2020. Berliner Weisse yeasts are notorious for causing mischief in the beer if not managed correctly. This version is aged in our French oak Foeder for months on passionfruit and guava. Much like its design, Mischief Managed is tart, crisp and clean. We used bright, bold colors to allude to the refreshingly, juicy flavors that could easily get you into a little mischief. At a wake, you celebrate the life of a lost loved one, and we wanted the art to reflect that. Half of the label is in black and white, showing the decimation of the island after Hurricane Maria in 2017. The other, more colorful half celebrates the rebirth and resilience of the island since then. The beer was inspired by the Puerto Rican traditional drink of hot chocolate and coffee.
