Business Small Businesses MONTH

Nevada small businesses are the heartbeat of our communities. At Nevada State Bank, we are proud to support them, this month and every month.

Nevada State Bank’s 13th annual Small Business Survey shares perspectives from business leaders across the state, revealing how they are navigating challenges, planning for growth, and shaping the state’s business future.

Ladies!

I can’t hide my excitement for this issue. I’ve been a “girls’ girl” for as long as I can remember. I’m a lover of dresses, all things pink, a great self-care day, and spending time with my lifelong girlfriends.

I always say: Never underestimate the power of a solid girl gang in your corner. As I get older, that saying only takes on more meaning. Don’t get me wrong, we love the men in our lives. But there’s something different about the deep, meaningful relationships we have with our girlfriends. They’re the ones who know you (sometimes better than you know yourself), who show up no matter the time of day without question, and who cheer you on and remind you that you can take on the world, even when you’re struggling to believe it yourself.

They say, “Show me your friends and I’ll show you your future.” I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by powerhouse women who marched down the path of entrepreneurship before me and encouraged me to take the leap from corporate media to buying this magazine. I’ll be forever grateful for that.

Since taking over as publisher, I’ve found myself surrounded by even more incredible women pushing the status quo and redefining what’s possible. From healthcare and finance to fitness, law, and absolutely rocking the mom life, they are putting in the work and inspiring me every day.

This month I asked our readers and our partners to share a photo of themselves along with a piece of advice they’d give their younger self, and I loved every response. As I look at the picture above, my advice to her would be “Don’t lose yourself. Be loud, kind, curious, seek joy, laugh often, be a good friend, and be unapologetically you. You’ll spend energy finding your way back to her when you’re older and realize you were already great just as you are!”

To all the ladies: I see you, I support you, and I’m honored to celebrate you in these pages. And to all the moms, pet moms, and those hoping to become moms, Happy Mother’s Day. We are stronger when we lift each other up and support one another in community, and that’s a hill I’ll die on.

I hope you love this issue.

MORE THAN CORE

Pilates

helps women build strength, support hormonal balance, and feel grounded from the inside out—far beyond the promise of flat abs

For many women, the transition into perimenopause and menopause can feel like navigating uncharted territory. As estrogen levels naturally decline, the body undergoes shifts that affect everything from joint lubrication to bone density. While the fitness world often focuses on high-impact sweat sessions, a more intentional approach is taking center stage at Club Pilates.

“Pilates is a great form of exercise for women in perimenopause or menopause because it’s gentle on the joints while still providing a challenge,” says Sarah Jane W., lead Club Pilates instructor. By staying true to Joseph Pilates’ original reformer-based Contrology Method while modernizing the practice with state-ofthe-art equipment, Club Pilates offers a path to strength that respects the changing female body.

STRENGTHENING FROM WITHIN

When we talk about core strength, the conversation often defaults to the pursuit of abs. However, Sarah Jane wishes more women understood that core strength is the ultimate tool for longevity. “It’s about building deep stability and support for the spine and joints, not just visible abdominal muscles,” she explains. This internal scaffolding supports everyday movements— standing, walking, lifting, and reaching— ensuring the body functions efficiently as we age. By prioritizing this deep stability, women can reduce their risk of injury and maintain the independence necessary for a vibrant lifestyle.

NAVIGATING HORMONAL SHIFTS

Beyond muscle tone, Pilates serves as a vital safeguard for skeletal health. Resistance-based training on the reformer provides the weight-bearing stimulus needed to support bone strength, which is crucial for slowing bone loss linked to osteopenia and osteoporosis.

For those navigating the “brain fog” or low energy often associated with hormonal shifts, Sarah Jane points to the foundational principle of breathing. “Focusing on deep, controlled breath helps oxygenate the blood, energize the body, and support healthy mood regulation,” she says. This mindful approach transforms a workout into a practice of resilience, promoting calm and focus when life feels unpredictable.

A COMMUNITY THAT LIFTS

The most life-changing element of the Club Pilates experience isn’t the equipment, but the people. The studio fosters a warm, welcoming environment where women share experiences and navigate midlife transitions together.

“At Club Pilates, women lift each other up,” Sarah Jane notes. “This supportive community fosters new friendships with like-minded individuals and creates a space where women feel seen, understood, and empowered.”

In the journey toward female longevity, feeling strong at your center is about more than just physical prowess, it’s about having the confidence and the community to level up at every age.

THE HEART, VISION, AND MENTORING BEHIND PARIZ SALON

WHERE BEAUTY MEETS CONFIDENCE

ARTICLE BY PATRANYA BHOOLSUWAN

“NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. YOU’RE NEVER TOO OLD TO FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS.”

For Parizad “Pariz” Patel, beauty has always been about more than great hair. It’s about confidence, connection, and helping people feel like the best version of themselves.

That philosophy is the foundation behind Pariz Salon, the Lake Las Vegas destination she created not only as a luxury salon experience, but also as a place where stylists are mentored, educated, and empowered to grow in their careers.

Pariz’s journey into the beauty industry began long before she opened her doors in Nevada. Born in London, she grew up surrounded by fashion and beauty as respected professions. Yet within her South Asian household, education was always the top priority.

When Pariz first told her parents she wanted to attend beauty school, they were hesitant. Instead of abandoning the idea, she proposed a compromise: she would complete college while also attending beauty school. “Convincing my parents that I could do both taught me that education and passion can truly coexist,” Pariz says. “I followed my love for beauty while honoring my family’s values around education.”

“It became my training ground. I realized how something as simple as a great haircut can completely change how someone feels about themselves.”

She went on to graduate from California State University, East Bay, while also completing her cosmetology training, laying the groundwork for a career that would eventually combine artistry, discipline, and mentorship.

An unexpected chapter helped shape her confidence as a stylist. While her husband attended medical school, Pariz began cutting hair for students and members of the community. “It became my training ground,” she says. “I realized how something as simple as a great haircut can completely change how someone feels about themselves.”

After returning to the United States, Pariz spent 25 years working with American Airlines, traveling the world while continuing to nurture her passion for hair. When the COVID-19 pandemic prompted many people to rethink their priorities, she saw an opportunity to finally pursue the dream she had carried for decades.

Opening Pariz Salon during such an uncertain time was not without challenges. Lake Las Vegas was still recovering economically, and the beauty industry itself was navigating new realities.

“I wanted to show my daughter, Lyla, that nothing is impossible and that you’re never too old to follow your dreams,” she says.

One of the defining elements of the salon is its commitment to education and mentorship. Pariz has intentionally built the space

as a training environment where stylists are encouraged to continually develop their craft.

The team specializes in modern techniques that reflect evolving beauty needs, including gray blending, hair extensions for volume and fullness, C-curl textured hair, hair Botox treatments, and specialty luxury services designed to improve the health and appearance of hair.

To ensure her stylists stay at the forefront of the industry, Pariz regularly brings in educators trained through Vidal Sassoon in London and L’Oréal Professionnel Paris, providing advanced training and exposure to global techniques. “The beauty industry is always evolving,” Pariz says. “Education is what keeps stylists inspired and growing.”

Pariz believes beauty services should do more than transform appearance, they should help people feel empowered. “My hope is that every guest leaves feeling confident and uplifted,” she says.

“When someone feels good about how they look, it carries into every part of their life.”

While Pariz also supports community initiatives such as Women’s United, her greatest passion remains inside the salon, mentoring stylists and creating a place where both professionals and clients can grow.

At Pariz Salon, beauty isn’t just about style. It’s about confidence, education, and the power of helping people feel seen.

TO THE GIRLS

LOCAL WOMEN SHARE THE HONEST, HOPEFUL WORDS THEY’D SEND BACK IN TIME

There’s a special kind of power in a childhood photo—the missing front teeth, the wild bangs, the shy smile, the fearless pose. Before the job titles, responsibilities, and expectations, there was simply a girl with big feelings and even bigger dreams. Here, those girls take center stage.

Alongside each childhood snapshot is a message from the woman she became, answering a poignant question: “What would you tell your younger self?” Women reflect on faith, resilience, coloring outside the lines, and the quiet trust that life unfolds in beautifully unexpected ways.

Moving from one young face to the next, you’re invited to pause and reflect on your own younger self, the girl who didn’t yet know her strength, her capability, or her worth. This collection is for her, and for the woman you are today, still learning, still growing, and still allowed to rewrite the way you speak to yourself.

“Don’t waste time on imposter syndrome. All the time and energy you spend talking yourself out of opportunities you could have been doing it and better at it already.”

Building space for women to lead, learn, and succeed together

COLLECTIVE STRENGTH

Collective Women’s Leadership is changing the way women approach professional growth, proving that success does not have to be cookie cutter. Founded by Joyce Toti, the organization was built on a simple but powerful idea: women thrive when they learn, lead, and grow together.

Through mentorship and community-driven programs, Collective Women’s Leadership has created a space where women at every stage of their careers can build confidence, strengthen their skills, and support one another along the way.

“After more than two decades in leadership roles across highly competitive industries, I kept seeing the same pattern of brilliant, capable women who weren’t lacking talent, but were lacking access to the kind of leadership development that actually changes how you show up. There were plenty of networking groups, but very few spaces focused on how to lead, how to communicate with confidence, advocate for yourself, and navigate high-level environments. Collective Women’s Leadership was created to fill that gap. It’s a space where women connect, grow, practice, and step into the best version of themselves as leaders.” said Joyce.

For many women, leadership development can feel intimidating or slightly out of reach, but Collective Women’s Leadership takes a more personal approach. The organization’s programs combine practical career guidance, communication training, and mentorship, helping women develop not only the skills they need to succeed, but the confidence to grow and use them.

According to Joyce, “Our goal is to become the most influential and accessible leadership community for women at every stage of their career. We’re focused on four core pillars: networking, community, education, and mindfulness. Long-term, we’re building a national ecosystem where women can walk into any room, whether it’s a boardroom, a new city, or a new role and immediately feel equipped, supported, and ready to lead.”

One of the defining features of Collective Women’s Leadership is its strong emphasis on community. Members participate in group sessions, workshops, and networking events. Conversations often go beyond resumes and job titles, focusing on topics such as confidence, work-life balance, and personal goals. This approach helps members feel seen as whole people, not just professionals.

“What makes CWL special is the way women show up for each other. We’ve had members report landing new roles after gaining the confidence to advocate for themselves, launch businesses with the support of the community, and build meaningful relationships that extend far beyond events. There’s a level of encouragement and accountability here that’s rare. You’re surrounded by women who genuinely want to see you succeed and are willing to support you in getting there.” said Joyce.

“Our goal is to become the most influential and accessible leadership community for women at every stage of their career.”

Mentorship plays a vital and central role in the Collective Women’s Leadership experience. Rather than a one-time meeting or formal pairing, mentorship is woven into every part of the community. Members have access to experienced leaders who share real-world advice and honest feedback, creating an atmosphere where learning feels natural and safe. This kind of guidance can be especially valuable for women who may not have mentors in their workplace or industry.

“CWL is a leadership movement. We’re redefining what it looks like for women to lead by creating spaces where growth is intentional, connection is meaningful, and leadership is practiced.” said Joyce.

Collective Women’s Leadership also works with companies that want to invest in the growth of their female employees. Corporate partnerships allow organizations to bring leadership training and mentorship programs directly into the workplace, creating opportunities for women to advance while staying connected to their teams. These programs are designed to build stronger leaders while also fostering healthier, more collaborative work environments.

“CWL is designed for women at all stages whether you’re early in your career, stepping into leadership, or already leading teams and organizations.

Currently we have chapters in Las Vegas and Austin, with a chapter in Scottsdale coming in fall of 2026.” said Joyce.

Women who are ready to invest in themselves are invited to explore upcoming programs, events, and mentorship opportunities and see firsthand how powerful shared growth can be.

According to Joyce, “We encourage women to attend an event and experience CWL firsthand. We have free coffee connects, workshops, or larger ticketed events that are often open to the public. It’s the best way to feel the energy of the community and see the value in real time.”

There are opportunities for women to create their own chapter of CWL. As Joyce points out, “We love working with women who feel called to bring CWL into their city. The best place to start is by reaching out through our website. From there, we walk potential chapter leaders through our model, expectations, and support system. We’ve built CWL to be both structured and scalable, so women aren’t starting from scratch, they’re stepping into a proven framework with real support behind them.”

The EverGlo Legacy

Three generations united by wellness, trust, and the shared dream of healing together

Tiffany Sanders always recognized the inspiring woman she had in her mother, Cindy Sanders. “Growing up, my mom was someone I looked up to for how dependable she was and how much she prioritized our family,” Tiffany says. “She always showed up, no matter what, and that created a strong sense of stability for me.”

This early appreciation for her mom has been an undeniable pillar of their close relationship that continues to grow stronger with every year, and venture, together. Tiffany and Cindy are the co-owners of EverGlo Studios in Henderson, a wellness center with a modern,

personalized approach to care for the whole body with advanced treatments like red light therapy and 3D body scanning with innovative Styku technology.

Working alongside each other to bring the community healing with proven results has been a journey Tiffany is grateful for as they have learned to “truly rely on each other,” she explains. “There have been seasons where one of us had to carry more than the other, and that mutual support is really the foundation of everything we’ve built.”

Equally as important, Tiffany adds, is the trust that has made their success possible. “We trust each other

completely, and that trust has allowed us to take risks, make big decisions and grow something meaningful together.” Where Cindy values Tiffany’s visionary and creative talent as marketing director, Tiffany admires Cindy’s consistent dedication that prioritizes the clients she serves.

“I tend to think big and push us forward, while she ensures we stay structured and sustainable,” Tiffany says of their differences that work in their favor. “We each fill in the gaps for the other, and it allows EverGlo to be both innovative and dependable.”

Now, as a mother to her daughter, Paloma, Tiffany feels a deeper sense of gratitude for the bond they share. A regular fixture at the studio, Paloma has lived much of her young life inside the wellness sanctuary, a privilege that does not go unnoticed. “It’s really special to see three generations in one space, building something together,” she remarks. “She’s grown up around EverGlo, and there’s really something meaningful about that environment being part of her everyday life.”

Having Cindy present as she juggles motherhood and entrepreneurship, Tiffany realizes, is something not to be taken for granted. “My mom helps support me as a business partner and as Paloma’s grandmother, and that overlap makes it possible for me to be present in both roles, allowing me to build something for my future while still being there for her day to day.”

This authentic partnership extends to EverGlo and what has become a physical touchstone of the family’s passion for transformative wellness therapies, which includes Tiffany’s father and Cindy’s husband, Bryan, who also co-owns the studio and whose own healing experience inspired this journey.

“What makes EverGlo special is that it’s rooted in real relationships,” Tiffany shares. “The same care and support we give each other is what we try to extend to every client who walks through our door.”

PROTECTING WHAT GIRLHOOD DESERVES

KEVIN BACON, SIXDEGREES.ORG, DUNCAN CHANNON, ADVERTISING WEEK, AND VEGAS-BASED SHERO FOUNDATION UNITE ON NATIONAL CAMPAIGN HONORING SURVIVORS AND PROMOTING PREVENTION

ARTICLE BY PAIGE CANDEE
PHOTOGRAPHY BY SEAN MURPHY

Before a girl ever learns to drive or decides what she wants to be, she should have the chance to simply be young and to imagine, to play, to believe in herself. Girlhood is storybooks and trading friendship bracelets, whispering plans and inside jokes, singing into hairbrush microphones, and knowing the world will wait for you to grow. It is supposed to be a time of innocence and growth; a time when every girl deserves to grow up feeling safe, seen, and free.

But for thousands of girls across America, that freedom is stolen long before they have a chance to grow up. Sex trafficking doesn’t always look like

“Girlhood is supposed to be a time of innocence and growth—a time when every girl deserves to grow up feeling safe, seen, and free.”

we imagine—it doesn’t happen only in dark alleys or foreign places. It happens online, in neighborhoods, and too often in plain sight. Traffickers exploit trust, opportunity, and vulnerability, taking not just safety but the sense of belonging and possibility that define girlhood itself.

Kevin Bacon and the national nonprofit he founded, SixDegrees.org , are working to help reclaim that girlhood by raising awareness, sparking prevention, and amplifying the voices of those fighting every day to protect it. Through the organization’s Purpose, Produced initiative with Advertising Week, Six Degrees pairs top creative agencies with deserving

nonprofits to create powerful, pro bono campaigns for good. Out of organizations across the country, they selected Las Vegas’ SHERO Foundation—a survivor-led nonprofit at the heart of this fight—to collaborate on a campaign that brings these stolen stories into the light.

“Purpose, Produced was designed to show the world what’s possible when grassroots nonprofits have access to resources and expertise that are typically out of reach,” said Rachel Young, communications manager for SixDegrees.org . Our team was drawn to SHERO’s emphasis on centering lived experience, and we’ve been so moved by the response to ‘Girlhood.’”

WHAT “GIRLHOOD” REPRESENTS

The result of that partnership is “Protect Girlhood,” a stunning awareness campaign created by the award-winning agency Duncan Channon. Instead of focusing on the crime itself, Girlhood reveals the innocence, confidence, and joy that were taken. The campaign captures everyday scenes of girls being girls: laughing with friends, creating TikToks, walking to school. Meanwhile, real survivors share their stories in voiceovers, describing what was quietly taken from them when no one realized what was happening.

The message is both simple and deeply powerful: what’s stolen through trafficking isn’t just safety—it’s childhood itself.

“Protecting girlhood isn’t just a campaign, it’s a collective responsibility. Through education, awareness, and compassion, we can help every girl hold on to her story.”

A NATIONAL SPOTLIGHT FOR LOCAL VOICES

For SHERO, founded by survivor Kimberly Miles and led by advocates, this partnership is nothing short of transformative. The organization has built a powerful network of resources for vulnerable girls to be educated and to support victims escaping trafficking. Many victims continue attending school, interacting on social media, and living at home, which is why SHERO’s prevention work shows up where girls already are. Its SHERO Shield initiative works within schools and communities to stop trafficking before it starts.

Now, through this national platform, SHERO’s message reaches farther than ever before. This recognition gives a voice to local girls and women whose courage continues to inspire the organization’s work; proof that what began as a grassroots mission now stands as a model for change.

BUILT BY CREATIVITY, FUELED BY COMPASSION

Protect Girlhood was created entirely pro bono, brought to life by generosity and teamwork. Director Sean Murphy and

cinematographer Tyler Trant captured vivid snapshots of everyday youth in roller rinks, classrooms, and sunlit parks alive with possibility. The production became its own symbol of hope: people from every background coming together to protect something worth saving. The result is a film powered by community and shared conviction, much like SHERO itself.

PROTECTING GIRLHOOD, TOGETHER

For SHERO, this moment is about more than recognition. It’s about protecting girls and reminding everyone that awareness is the first step toward prevention.

“Protecting girlhood isn’t just a campaign, it’s a collective responsibility,” says Lisa Hayden, Operations Manager, SHERO Foundation. “Through education, awareness, and compassion, we can help every girl hold on to the laughter, curiosity, and courage that define her story.”

If even one family recognizes the signs sooner, or if one girl hesitates before replying to a message from a stranger online, then “Girlhood” has already made an impact.

Coming Back to You

Women’s health expert leading aesthetics and hormone practice to help women feel like themselves again

You’re tired and feel tired all the time. You’re sleeping but not really resting. You’re getting through your day, but something feels off. You can’t explain it, but you know it.

For years, many women pushed through hormone changes, mood swings and exhaustion without asking for help. They adjusted, stayed quiet, and kept moving.

More women are open about hormonal changes as they check out options that will help them. They’re comparing notes with friends, co-workers, and family. They’re sharing what’s working and they’re hearing something that makes them pause: “I started feeling like myself again.”

At Henderson Women’s Care, Dr. Douglas Tanita has seen that shift firsthand and heard that statement various times. With more than 20 years of experience as a board-certified OBGYN, he has cared for women through every stage of life, from delivering newborns to treating women well into their 90s. That full-circle care shapes how he sees women’s health today.

“I like walking with my patients through different stages of their lives,”

he says. “You get to see the full picture, not just one moment. You’re part of the multiple solutions that may come up in their lives.”

That perspective is what led him to expand his practice beyond traditional OBGYN care into hormone replacement therapy and aesthetics; two areas driven by what women are asking for.

Right now, that conversation is centered on hormones replacement therapy (HRT).

According to the North American Menopause Society, up to 80% of women experience symptoms related to hormonal changes during midlife yet many go untreated or simply push through them. Thankfully, more women are sharing that HRT helped them return to themselves by reducing menopause symptoms.

At Henderson Women’s Care, Dr. Tanita is centered on a modern approach to women’s health, one that blends experience with evolving needs. HRT has helped women and is approached in a way that is both grounded and practical. It’s rooted in research, medically guided and tailored to each woman. More importantly, it’s focused on how a woman feels.

For many women, the biggest shift isn’t just physical, it’s emotional. Realizing they have options becomes a way of taking care of themselves, not an act of selfishness.

“Most women don’t come in asking for something complicated,” Dr. Tanita says. “They’ll say, ‘I’m tired. I’m not sleeping. I don’t feel like myself.’ With hormone replacement therapy, many symptoms improve.”

Patients often describe better sleep, more energy, clearer thinking, and a more balanced mood. Not dramatic changes overnight, but steady, noticeable improvements that make everyday life feel easier again.

That’s where the shift happens. When women start to feel better on the inside, it changes how they move through their day. And naturally, it changes how they see themselves.

That’s where aesthetics becomes part of the conversation, not as a transformation, but as a refinement. Treatments like Botox and fillers are done with restraint and intention. No overdone results. No chasing trends. Just subtle enhancements that soften, refresh and restore who you are and how you feel. “You should still look like you,” Dr. Tanita says. “Just a little more rested.” It’s a simple philosophy, but one that resonates with many women.

In Henderson, where confidence and self-care are part of the lifestyle, this balanced approach feels aligned. It’s not about perfection. It’s about feeling comfortable in your own skin again. Women are no longer waiting it out—they’re asking questions, exploring options and listening to one another. They’re choosing to feel more balanced.

At a certain point, it’s not about pushing through or pretending everything is fine. Feeling like yourself again isn’t a luxury, it’s a return. Being yourself again isn’t a luxury—it’s necessary. It’s about choosing yourself: choosing clarity, rest, confidence and a sense of wholeness. More women are realizing they don’t have to settle—and are finally recognizing the woman looking back at them in the mirror.

BECKY HILLYARD

From Side Hustle to Style Empire

The power of taste, trust, and the courage to “just start.”

She didn’t have a business plan, a media budget, or even a name anyone could pronounce. What Becky Hillyard had was taste, a young family, and the instinct to just start. Today, her lifestyle brand Cella Jane commands an audience the size of Vogue’s, she’s nine collections strong with Splendid, and she’s built it all while raising three kids — refusing to sacrifice one for the other. In an exclusive conversation for the Share the Lifestyle podcast, Becky shares what it really takes to build a brand, a career, and a life you love. Read the highlights below, then scan the QR code for the full conversation.

Q: WHEN DID YOU KNOW CELLA JANE WAS MORE THAN A HOBBY?

A: Two moments. Women started emailing me saying they bought something I recommended and felt amazing — asking me to help them find a dress for a wedding. That felt incredible. Then I looked at my affiliate numbers for one month and realized I could cover our mortgage. I thought, I can actually do this. I never set out to build a business. I started it because I genuinely loved it.

Becky in Splendid x @CellaJaneBlog Spring 2026 Collection

Q: WHAT WAS THE BIGGEST RISK YOU EVER TOOK WITH THE BRAND?

A: Designing my own collection. It’s easy to point at items on a website and say I love these. But to create something from scratch, put your name on it, and wait to see if people connect with it — that’s terrifying. I had an incredible partner in Splendid, and women loved the pieces. It was the biggest risk and the biggest accomplishment.

Q: HOW HAS INFLUENCER MARKETING CHANGED SINCE YOU STARTED?

A: When I started, brands didn’t know whether to take it seriously. Now it’s a legitimate line item in their marketing budgets — sometimes bigger than TV. Because what we’ve built is trust. People trust a real recommendation from someone they follow far more than a commercial. There’s no question about it now.

Q: YOU’RE A MOM OF THREE RUNNING A FULL BRAND. WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE?

A: I try to get up at five and not hit snooze — that first hour before the house wakes up is the most productive, most peaceful hour of my day. Then it’s all hands on deck with the kids and school drop-off. After that I work — planning content, connecting with my team, editing. After pickup, the day shifts completely and it’s all about them. I’ve learned to protect both halves fiercely, because both matter.

Q: WHAT WOULD YOU TELL SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO BUILD SOMETHING OF THEIR OWN BUT KEEPS WAITING?

A: Don’t wait. Don’t wait for the perfect camera, the right strategy, or enough followers. We find every excuse to stay comfortable. Just start, be consistent, and be authentically yourself. The right people will find you — and they’ll stay.
