I brushed against the 1932 Boxwoods as I walked over the tumbled brick to the original solid french doors of The Three Terraces. My mind drifted to what would once have been lavishly decadent cocktail parties as they spilled out of the French doors onto the tiered terraces and pool shaded by giant hardwood trees and sunny winds. OWNER, GREEN HILLS PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY “There was never another profession I considered,” Brittany Adamiak, owner of Green Hills Pediatric Dentistry, says. “It wasn’t long after dental school that I realized that treating kids was my true passion.” Brittany’s primary focus is preventative dentistry. She works with children including those with complex medical histories and special needs, and her goal is to educate their families on what tools are necessary to achieve a lifetime free of dental issues. Brittany’s practice is also heavily involved in the community, and she engages with local students to educate them about oral health. Her practice will be opening on June 1. “Working with kids is the greatest privilege,” she says. “I love what I do.

ONCE UPON A TIME, NATALIE GILBERT’S GRANDMOTHER STARTED A BUSINESS CALLED MARY’S OFFICE LOUNGE. She bought property, renovated it, created a space for working professionals, and even sang in a band that played there. Ever since Natalie can remember, she had been interested in following in her grandmother’s footsteps, with a wellness spin attached. Now, Natalie, owner of Natalie’s Office Spa in Green Hills, is doing just that. “There are so many working professionals who only get one hour of really good sleep,” Natalie says. “I wanted to invest in a growing city, and I felt that God had put Nashville in my heart.” Natalie's journey, which has taken her from her roots in St. Louis to an early foray into wellness in Los Angeles to settling in Nashville, has brought her close to the community she has always craved and closer to the finished product she’s always dreamed about. “It’s something I definitely want to grow into,” she says. “I was originally pitching my business to investors as Natalie’s Office Spa and Lounge, but I kept it short when I started an LLC.
