NEW OFFICES WILL BE AVAILABLE IN PRIME GREEN HILLS LOCATION The four-story building at 10 Burton Hills Blvd. in Green Hills recently was sold from CoreCivic, a major U.S. private prison operator, to Magnolia Capital Investments, a local commercial real estate investor. Magnolia spokespersons indicate the building is intended to remain as offices. CoreCivic will stay in the building until mid-2019, when the company will be relocated to Brentwood.
