CARING FOR THE

Whole Person Dr. Kerri Keselowsky’s Role in Advancing Women’s Health at Monmouth Family Health Center ARTICLE BY CARLY MAC MANUS PHOTOGRAPHY BY MONMOUTH FAMILY HEALTH CENTER

A t Monmouth Family Health Center (MFHC), high-quality healthcare isn’t just about treating symptoms—it’s about addressing the whole person. Dr. Kerri Keselowsky, a board-certified OB/GYN, brings that mission to life every day through her compassionate, culturally competent care. “We approach patients as whole people and work to break down barriers to healthcare access,” says Dr. Keselowsky. “That means addressing not just physical health, but social and mental well-being, too.” Fluent in Spanish, she says her ability to connect with many patients in their preferred language helps build the trust necessary for effective care. Dr. Keselowsky’s journey into medicine was inspired by her mother, a nurse whose diagnostic skill and compassion left a lasting impression. “She’s always been my role model,” says Keselowsky. “She encouraged me to pursue medicine, and her example Dr. Kerri Keselowsky

continues to guide me.” Choosing obstetrics and gynecology allowed her to focus on women’s health—a field she finds both personally and professionally fulfilling. Teamwork plays a vital role in that fulfillment. “Everything we do in healthcare is collaborative,” she says. “From office visits to hospital care, it takes a dedicated team of support staff to ensure patients feel welcome and cared for.” The culture at MFHC—described by Keselowsky as fun, professional, and caring—makes it possible to deliver that consistent, high-quality care. Staying current in the fast-moving medical field is another top priority. “I regularly read medical journals, attend conferences, and complete continuing medical education credits required by the state and our OB/GYN board,” she says. Collaborating with colleagues at Monmouth Medical Center also allows for constant peer learning.

In response to evolving patient needs, Dr. Keselowsky has expanded her clinical offerings in recent years. In addition to general gynecologic care, she now provides weight management treatments, fertility support, and comprehensive care for menopause and fibroids. “We want to meet patients where they are,” she says. That personalized care model is especially important in a diverse community like Long Branch. “Everyone wants to be heard, respected, and healthy,” says Keselowsky. “I make sure every patient has time to share concerns and goals, regardless of age, background, or language.” Patient input is crucial to her approach. “I make recommendations, but ultimately the patient is the boss,” she says. “There’s never just one path forward, and I want patients to feel confident in their choices.” She also encourages patients to bring a trusted support person to appointments when needed.

MFHC’s investment in innovation has further empowered Keselowsky’s care. “We offer therapy and medications for anxiety and depression, and we’ve upgraded our ultrasound machines for high-resolution imaging right in the office,” she says. These tools help provide comprehensive, accessible care to all patients. In today’s complex medical landscape—marked by high costs and limited access—Keselowsky says MFHC’s commitment to affordable care, regardless of insurance status, is vital. “That support helps us continue to deliver on our mission,” she says.

Looking ahead, she’s focused on expanding specialty and preventive services for women of all ages. “That includes menstrual care, fertility support, contraception, menopause treatment, and more,” says Keselowsky. “We want to increase access to vaccines, screenings, and medications that help women thrive.” For Dr. Keselowsky, it’s all about continuing to build a healthcare experience rooted in trust, access, and respect—one patient at a time. IVY HARRINGTON

Miss New Jersey USA 2025 shows it’s never too late to shine. ARTICLE BY CARLY MAC MANUS PHOTOGRAPHY BY JESSIELYN PALUMBO, CARLOS VELEZ, ANTHONY M. GOMES

When Ivy Harrington was crowned Miss New Jersey USA 2025, she didn’t just claim a title—she affirmed a journey. At 30 years old, Harrington made history as the oldest titleholder the state has ever crowned, and with it, she’s redefining the narrative around beauty, purpose, and perseverance. But for Harrington, the victory is just one moment in a much longer story—one that spans basketball courts, personal loss, self-discovery, and ultimately, public service. Born and raised in Neptune, New Jersey, Harrington spent her college years at Morgan State University in Baltimore, where she played Division I basketball on a full athletic scholarship while majoring in broadcast journalism. It was there, in the quiet of her dorm room, that she stumbled across the Miss USA competition on TV—and something clicked. “I remember watching in 2016 and again in 2017 when two African-American women from D.C. won back-to-back,” she says. “It wasn’t even the idea of winning that drew me in—it was seeing someone who looked like me succeed in that space. It planted a seed.” CONTINUED >

17

That spark of curiosity grew into research. She found that many women in media—Oprah, Diane Sawyer, Olivia Culpo—had pageantry in their backgrounds. So, she took a leap. By early 2018, she had connected with her pageant coach, Ciera Nicole of Crown Bound Pageant Consulting and began to train, balancing the intensity of the stage with the discipline she developed in sports. Her first competition came in November 2019, just two months after the loss of her father. “It was chaotic. I was grieving. But pageantry gave me something constructive to focus on,” she shares.

18

M UST SE E | STYL E + BEAU T Y

That year, she didn’t win—but she didn’t stop. In 2022, she returned and placed in the top five. Then again in 2024. When the Miss Universe Organization lifted its age restrictions, allowing older contestants to compete, Harrington knew she had one last shot. “I thought, ‘Do I need a grown-up hobby? Am I really still twirling at 30?’” she jokes. “But I couldn’t ignore that competitive fire in me. The only way I wasn’t going to win was if I didn’t show up.” In 2025, she showed up—and won.

“Taking off that uniform can feel like losing part of who you are, I want them to understand their worth isn’t tied to a scoreboard. They’re allowed to pivot. They’re allowed to start over.” - Ivy Harrington

Alongside the crown, Harrington launched her mentorship program, MVP—Most Valuable Pivot. It’s built around one message: helping female student-athletes develop a personal identity beyond their sport. Through workshops, coaching, and school visits, she guides girls in seeing themselves as more than jersey numbers. “Taking off that uniform can feel like losing part of who you are,” she notes. “I want them to understand their worth isn't tied to a scoreboard. They’re allowed to pivot. They’re allowed to start over.”

19

Pageantry, she says, shares a surprising amount with athletics: strategy, mental toughness, and physical endurance. It’s why she’s currently working on a campaign to bridge those two worlds—an idea to host an “MVP Pageant” with professional male athletes walking through the same competitions she does, from Q&As to stage presence. “I want people to understand that this isn’t just about looking pretty,” she says. “It’s work. It’s grit. You’re literally putting yourself on a stage to be judged. That’s bravery.” As she prepares for the national Miss USA competition later this year, Harrington feels focused—not frantic. “It’s funny. I’m not even nervous,” she explains. “I think that’s what happens when you finally know who you are.” Her calm confidence has been supported by mentors, including Gina Mellish, Miss New Jersey USA 2020, who helped fine-tune everything from wardrobe to brand messaging. But Harrington’s most profound inspiration came from the late Cheslie Kryst, Miss USA 2019. “Cheslie was strong, athletic, intelligent—and real. She showed me the power of representation. But her tragic death also reminded me how important it is to protect your peace,” she shares. “You can’t pour from an empty cup.” That sentiment grounds her reign. She’s clear that her goal isn’t fame—it’s service. “I want people to feel seen when they meet me,” she notes. “To take what they need, to feel like they belong too. This is about empowering others to find their voice, to pivot into their own purpose.” Ten years ago, in 2014, Harrington tweeted that she dreamed of being on a magazine cover. This fall, that dream comes true— backed not by luck, but by years of hard work, heartache, and resilience. “There’s no expiration date on your goals,” she explains. “This journey has taught me that it’s never too late to try something new, to start over, or to chase what lights you up.” She smiles and sums it up simply: “Pivot into your purpose.”

Refined, layered, and unmistakably New Jersey in its elegance and edge.

CONCEPT

Inspired by the rich tapestry of New Jersey’s landscapes — from the coastal charm of the Jersey Shore to the sophistication of Bergen and the historic charm of Hunterdon County — this cocktail captures the essence of early fall in the Garden State. It’s a drink that marries tradition with modern flair, offering a taste of New Jersey’s diverse and stylish spirit.

GARDEN STATE

GLAM A signature cocktail for our September Style Issue ARTICLE AND PHOTOGRAPHY BY NEW JERSEY CITY LIFESTYLE

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Bourbon (warm base, rich and grounded — like Jersey heritage) 0.75 oz Fig syrup (earthy and luxe — a nod to fall and local harvest) 0.5 oz Amontillado sherry (dry elegance — layered like a perfect trench coat) 0.5 oz Lemon juice (zippy, modern contrast) 2 dashes black walnut bitters (depth and a hint of the unexpected) Garnish: Brûléed fig half + sprig of rosemary (stylish, dramatic, editorial)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled. 2. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. 3. Garnish with a brûléed fig half and rosemary — torch lightly for aroma and visual flair. For more signature cocktails and recipes, follow us on Instagram: @newjerseycitylifestyle.

AGELESS AFFAIRS RETURNS HOME TO REDEFINE WELLNESS

Alix DeTullio, APN and Carrie Liming, APN

What began as a lighthearted idea between two friends over drinks has blossomed into a thriving boutique medspa, offering a blend of cutting-edge aesthetic services and heartfelt community connection. Ageless Affairs, co-founded by Board Certified nurse practitioners Carrie Liming, APN, and Alix DeTullio, APN, is bringing wellness, beauty, and a deeply personal touch to Monmouth County. Liming and DeTullio, both seasoned medical professionals with roots in hospital care, launched Ageless Affairs in 2022 after realizing they needed a change following the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. “We just wanted to do something that made people feel good,” DeTullio said. “We had both seen so much sadness in the hospital and needed something joyful.” Originally, their concept centered on themed “Botox parties,” complete with full décor and refreshments in clients’ homes. 25

But as demand grew, they pivoted into a more traditional medspa format, ultimately expanding into a larger, dedicated space in Tinton Falls. Now going into their 4th year, services now range from injectables like Botox and dermal fillers to advanced treatments including Morpheus8, body contouring, IV drips, PRP/PRF, Weight loss and other advanced peptides. They have recently added an esthetician to their growing team for facials. The duo plans to expand into more wellness-centered offerings this fall, like hormone optimization and balancing, aiming to support health from the inside out. While the treatments are high-tech, the heart of Ageless Affairs lies in its personalized approach. “We’re very accessible to our clients,” Liming said. “They text us with questions all the time—we want people to feel comfortable, heard and cared for.” The practice also maintains strong ties to the community, frequently collaborating with other women-owned small businesses. From providing complimentary vitamin B12 shots at a local Pilates studio to promoting new floral ventures on social media, Liming and DeTullio are as committed to their neighborhood as they are to their clients. The connection runs deep: “I actually grew up five minutes from our space,” Liming said. “It’s so special being back in my hometown, building something meaningful here.” She also recently purchased and began restoring her grandmother’s farmhouse nearby in Tinton Falls, adding another layer of personal legacy to their journey. Looking ahead, the pair remain focused on growing intentionally. “We don’t want to be a chain. We want to stay boutique, stay family-oriented, and keep providing the most effective, evidence-based treatments we can,” said DeTullio. As fall approaches, Ageless Affairs will also spotlight seasonal treatments such as chemical peels and laser skin services to help clients refresh and restore after a summer of sun exposure. And for those just starting their skincare journey, Liming emphasizes the power of consistency. “Medical-grade skincare makes a huge difference. What you do at home every day is just as important as the treatments you get from us.” To learn more or schedule a consultation, visit agelessaffairs.com or follow them on social media for updates on their 2nd annual fall rejuvenation event, planned for September 24th.

For Ryan A Brother’s Tribute and a Veteran’s Story That Must Be Heard When Ryan Talbot was a child, he often wore army fatigues while playing with his brothers in the yard. Long before he wore an official uniform, he knew exactly what he wanted— to serve his country. After the attacks on September 11, that childhood dream became his mission. “He didn’t ask permission—Following graduation from Red Bank Catholic he just enlisted,” says his brother Paul Talbot. “My mom tried to talk him out of it all summer, but Ryan was 18, and he was all in. That was it.” Ryan’s military service began at Fort Knox, continued in Germany, and eventually took him to Iraq, where he served during a critical chapter of the war. He was stationed in highrisk areas, carrying out patrols and assignments under intense pressure. His experience, like that of so many others, left lasting emotional wounds. “He experienced things most of us will never fully understand,” Paul says. “But he was always brave—he wanted to help people, no matter the cost.” When Ryan returned home locally, he found himself grappling with the emotional aftermath of his service. He showed signs of post-traumatic stress and struggled to fully adjust to life back in the States. Everyday settings felt unfamiliar and, at times, overwhelming. “They didn’t really help them prepare to come home,” Paul says. “There wasn’t a real

system in place to support their mental health. It was more like, ‘Thanks for your service,’ and that was it.” Despite the challenges, Ryan remained committed to serving in any way he could. He worked as a military contractor overseas and later volunteered his time and skills to support those in conflict zones, including a humanitarian mission in Ukraine. Eventually, Ryan returned to the U.S., hoping to heal and find peace. He reached out for help and even admitted himself into a care facility. But like many veterans, he faced gaps in the system. Resources were limited, and response times were slow. “He was trying,” Paul says. “He asked for help. He didn’t use the exact words, but he made it clear he was struggling. Unfortunately, those signals weren’t picked up in time.” It’s been nearly three years since his passing. Ryan died in August 2022 at 38. His family remembers him not only as a soldier, but as a caring brother, a determined fighter and someone who always wanted to make a difference

A LEGACY OF ADVOCACY

Ryan’s story is not an isolated one. While national efforts to address this crisis exist, Paul believes personal connection and community support are equally important. “The VA is a massive system, but in the end, it’s the people who make the difference,” Paul says. “There was a receptionist at Ryan’s clinic who always encouraged him to keep going. She saw him. And that mattered.” Today, the Talbot family shares Ryan’s story not to dwell on his struggle, but to remind others that they are not alone—and that help is out there. “Don’t wait to speak up,” Paul says. “If you’re a veteran or know one, keep showing up. Keep asking. Keep reaching out.” In Ryan’s honor, the Talbots now support organizations like Soldier On, which provided care and community in his final months. They encourage others to support similar nonprofits that offer mental health care, housing assistance, and ongoing outreach for veterans in need.

“Ryan wanted to help people,” Paul says. “So now, we’re doing that for him.”

HOW YOU CAN HELP

If Ryan’s story moves you, consider supporting or referring veterans to these resources: • Veterans Crisis Line: 1-800-273-8255 (press 1), or text 838255 • Soldier On: www.wesoldieron.org • Rutgers Vet2Vet NJ Hotline: 1-866-838-7654 • Wounded Warrior Project: woundedwarriorproject.org • Disabled American Veterans, American Legion, VFW – Local chapters available • Give an Hour – Free mental health support for veterans Ryan Talbot served with honor, courage, and a deep love for his country. His loss is a solemn reminder that while some battles end overseas, others begin the moment our heroes return home. Let his story not only be remembered—but be a turning point for another veteran still fighting.

Budget Blinds of Long Branch Brings Custom Design Home

Style Meets Substance When Jeff Wosleger launched Budget Blinds of Long Branch in 2018, it wasn’t just a career pivot—it was a reinvention. After years working in media and television advertising sales for companies like Warner Bros. Television, Turner Broadcasting and National CineMedia, Wosleger was looking for something that offered more autonomy, creativity and local connection. The solution came unexpectedly through a friend who had successfully transitioned into the home design world by opening a Budget Blinds franchise.

“We will bring the showroom to you,” he says. “Seeing materials and colors in your actual space—with your lighting and your décor—makes a huge difference. What looks good in a catalog doesn’t always translate in real life.” Design-forward and highly functional, the company’s offerings include roller shades, woven woods, plantation shutters, layered treatments, blackout solutions, cordless and motorized options, and even full custom drapery. “Roller shades and shutters are our bread and butter, but it’s all about the layers right now,” Wosleger says. “You’re seeing more texture, pattern and personality in window coverings—people want softness and depth.” As fall approaches, many homeowners look to refresh their interiors and create more comfortable living environments. For Wosleger, it’s one of the busiest times of the year.

“I started doing the research and realized the Long Branch area was available,” Wosleger says. “With all the new development in Pier Village and surrounding communities, I saw real potential. There was a growing demand for quality, personalized home upgrades.” By June 1, 2018, Budget Blinds of Long Branch officially opened its doors—though in this case, the “doors” were often those of his clients’ homes. The franchise, part of a nationally recognized brand, is locally owned and operated, which means every window treatment recommendation, installation and consultation is managed with a personal touch. “This is your home—I’m standing in your bedroom, your living room,” Wosleger says. “It has to feel right. We’re not a hard-sell business. If someone needs time to think it over, I encourage it.” The heart of Budget Blinds’ approach is the in-home consultation. It all starts when Janet, the office manager, picks up the phone to learn more about a customer’s project. From there, she coordinates a personalized appointment with either Jeff or Jodi, the team’s design consultant, who comes prepared with an array of fabric and product samples. This hands-on process allows the team to assess the space in real time—considering lighting, layout, privacy needs, and overall design goals. S EP TEMB ER 2 0 2 5 | C I TYL I FE STYL E . “THERE ARE MORE WINDOWS IN THIS AREA THAN I COULD EVER COVER. BUT WE’RE HERE TO DO IT RIGHT—ONE WINDOW AT A TIME.” - JEFF WOSLEGER

“September is big—people are back from vacation, kids are in school, and they start looking at their homes again with fresh eyes,” he says. “Plus, it’s before the holidays, so clients want things done and installed in time for entertaining.” In addition to visual appeal, functionality is a major factor in helping customers choose the right product. “Window treatments are about more than just looking good,” Wosleger says. “They manage sunlight, protect furniture from UV damage, provide privacy, and help regulate temperature. Something like a honeycomb shade can cut down on energy bills.” Despite the name, “budget” doesn’t mean low quality. Rather, it’s about customization at every price point. “There’s something for everyone,” he says. “Whether you’re looking for luxury drapery for a large home or stylish yet affordable shades for a starter condo, we have the resources and expertise to make it happen.” Wosleger’s business is also deeply rooted in customer service and community. Many of his clients come through word-of-mouth or are repeat customers updating different areas of their homes. His team is small but growing—Janet is at the heart of customer service, scheduling appointments and handling all customer follow-ups, while Jodi, who recently relocated from North Jersey, brings a strong background in both design and client relationships. “She wasn’t even officially applying, but after talking with her I knew she’d be a great fit,” he says. “She brings both design experience and a genuine care for clients.” That same ethos applies to his installers, who are trained in-house and represent the brand’s commitment to quality and professionalism. “Installation is just as important as design,” Wosleger says. “It has to be perfect. Our team is respectful, clean, and really detail-oriented.” As a franchisee, Wosleger is also part of a larger national network of fellow owners who collaborate,

share insights and support one another. “There’s a great sense of camaraderie,” he says. “We’re not competitors—we’re allies. We learn from each other and help each other succeed.” Looking ahead, he sees continued growth in Long Branch and surrounding communities as the housing market remains strong and demand for personalized, high-quality home services increases. “There are more windows in this area than I could ever cover,” Wosleger says with a laugh. “But we’re here to do it right—one window at a time.” For Wosleger, the journey from media executive to window fashion expert has been both fulfilling and inspiring. “It’s funny—I used to sell commercial spots for big networks,” he says. “Now I’m helping people fall in love with their homes. And honestly, I love it.” Our mission is simple: Deliver an outstanding experience with every interaction. By bringing the showroom to you and providing a truly custom, concierge-level service in the comfort of your own home, Budget Blinds removes the guesswork and ensures customers feel confident in making the best choices for their personal style. Flower crowns are to Coachella as rhinestone cowboy boots are to Stagecoach as ... mercuriality is to Sea. Hear. Now? The homegrown music festival’s signature style channels Asbury Park’s punk rock roots—checkered Vans and American traditional-style ink abound every year—but the clothes covering those vivid pin-up girl and tall ship tattoos change with the tides. Or rather, with the major acts headlining the festival each year. In fact, Sea.Hear.Now’s fashion nonconformity might be the most punk rock thing about it. Noah Kahan, a 2024 headliner with his pop-folk hit “Stick Season”—a song that evokes small-batch whiskey by a bonfire in piney Vermont—brought out babes in crochet vests and strawberry-print bucket hats. But the next day, when Bruce Springsteen made a triumphant homecoming to a crowd that stretched down the beach from Eighth Avenue’s Surf Stage to Convention Hall, everyone from the young crowd to your dad’s best buddy rocked denim-on-denim. An homage to the legend’s iconic Born in the U.S.A. album cover? This year’s headliners are quite the juxtaposition: Hozier on Saturday and Blink-182 on Sunday. (You can also catch Alabama Shakes, ZZ Top, Remi Wolf, Gigi Perez, Sublime, Lenny Kravitz, 4 Non Blondes, and more in one weekend—plus world-class surfing and first-rate local eats.) Expect attendees to double down on Vans and boxy band tees—sensible shoes required to tear up the pit during “All the Small Things.” Hozier, the Irish crooner known for bluesy folk ballads, is a bit tougher to peg. He has the energy of an impish wood elf—think lacy frocks and curly hair tucked beneath a bandana. If you’re wondering what to wear, we’ve compiled a short list of our favorite local vintage and boutique stores in Monmouth County to shop for this year’s festival (Sept. 13–14 in Asbury Park), no matter your vibe.

PEPPY DEB’S

Avon-by-the-Sea, N.J. The tiniest of small businesses, just off Main Street and around the corner from beloved brunch spot Maeberrie Market. Owner Jules Cataldo, who named the business after her mother, reworks every piece by hand. No need to worry about someone showing up in the same outfit—each item is one-of-a-kind, made from secondhand materials. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. @peppycollective

VINTAGE ON NINTH

Belmar, N.J. Fans were bummed when Nostalgic Nonsense Vintage closed after 35 years, but Vintage on Ninth— relocated from Hoboken—now carries the torch. With a robust inventory, it’s one of the best places around for vintage tees. Bet you can score an original ZZ Top or Sublime tour shirt just in time for the show. @vintageonninth Sample Finds: • 1980s Harley-Davidson T-shirt – $98 • Y2K Roxy Hat – $36 • 1990s Long Denim Shorts – $58 • 1980s Laird’s Applejack Promo Hat – $28 • 1990s Women’s Bathing Suit – $78

REBEL SUPPLY CO.

Asbury Park, N.J. You can’t talk Asbury Park style without talking about Rebel Supply Co. Known for cheeky shirts, hats, and gear that make being from New Jersey look really good. (Tillie, Action Park, The Sopranos, and Springsteen merch is everywhere.) The back half of the shop is filled with racks of local consignment from actual Asbury Park residents—emphasis on the “rebel.” @rebelsupplyap

Local L e ge n d Backyard Feasts and Family Firsts

ARTICLE BY MARILYN SCHLOSSBACH | PHOTOGRAPHY BY DAVID KAWUT For Long Branch resident David Kawut, happiness is simple: a backyard meal with family and friends after a good surf. It’s the kind of contentment that doesn’t need a reason—just good food, great company, and a soundtrack of ‘80s classics. “My mother always said, ‘We make a holiday,’” Kawut says. “That stuck with me. It’s not about the date—it’s about sharing food, time and memories together.” His perfect dinner guests? “My wife and children,” he says. And when asked about his greatest achievement, he doesn’t hesitate: “Our children, and the adults they’ve grown to be.” Kawut’s roots run deep in tradition. From surf sessions to cooking sessions, he stays grounded in what matters most. If he could have a superpower, he says, “It would be breathing underwater”—a nod to his love of the ocean and time spent riding the waves. At home, Kawut is known for his legendary ribs, a family favorite he prepares with a signature vanilla-brown sugar glaze. It’s become a staple at backyard gatherings, and now, he’s sharing the recipe.

David Kawut’s Smoked St. Louis Ribs with Vanilla-Brown Sugar Glaze For the rub: • 4 racks St. Louis-cut ribs • ½ cup brown sugar • ½ cup sweet paprika • ¼ cup garlic powder • ¼ cup coarse salt • 3 tablespoons cracked black pepper • 2 tablespoons onion powder • 2 tablespoons chile powder (such as ancho) • 1 tablespoon ground cumin For the glaze: • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter • ½ cup brown sugar • 2 tablespoons honey • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract • 3 to 4 tablespoons water Method: 1. Rub the ribs generously with the spice mix. 2. Smoke unwrapped at 225°F for 3 hours. 3. Wrap in foil with a splash of apple cider and cook for two more hours. 4. Unwrap, raise the temperature, and baste with glaze during the final hour. To prepare the glaze, melt butter, sugar, honey and vanilla over low heat. Add water as needed until smooth, then brush generously over the ribs in the final hour of smoking.

DAV I D K AW U T P R O T I P : Serve with sunshine, your favorite playlist, and the people you love.
