LIFESTYLE LETTER

Style We hope this letter finds you feeling inspired and ready to embrace the beautiful art of self-expression. Style is more than what we wear it’s how we live. It’s in the way we design our homes, the music that moves us, the books that shape our thinking, and the meaningful connections we make every day. Style is deeply personal, ever-evolving and always present. It’s the invisible thread that ties together the story of who we are. What makes style so powerful is its individuality. It reflects what we value, how we see the world and how we want the world to see us. It’s a language without words, a rhythm, a color, a feeling and right here in Clayton and our surrounding cities, we’re surrounded by people and places that bring that language to life. In this edition, we spotlight local creatives and businesses that reflect style in its most authentic forms with Jewelry That Threads Art, Creativity, and Life, Jennifer Q. Williams, designing and supporting local for more than 35 years, Black Optical, a space where design and experience converge to shape identity, and EXO, your destination sanctuary for dining, relaxation and self-care are a few of those who shine with style in this issue. Each story is a reminder that style is a reflection of who we are and no two reflections are ever the same. As you flip through these pages, I invite you to celebrate your own personal style. Whether you're blending trends with tradition or creating something entirely your own, let your style speak your story boldly, honestly, and unapologetically. Here’s to expressing yourself, lifting others, and embracing the creative spirit that makes our community shine. Cheers to living life with style.

Discover EXO: Where Cutting-Edge Science Meets Indulgent SelfCare And Longevity

What if there were a place where every stratum of beauty and wellness, from core vitality to surface radiance, could be thoughtfully elevated in one extraordinary setting? Infused with playful luxury and anchored in cutting-edge science, EXO offers precisely this kind of transformative experience. Located just a short drive from St. Louis in Edwardsville, Illinois, EXO is far more than a MedSpa. It's a comprehensive destination for health, beauty and longevity. Within its striking 20,000-square-foot facility, discerning guests discover an extensive menu of services designed to address virtually every facet of aesthetic and wellness needs. From rejuvenating facials, chemical peels and dermaplaning to advanced laser skin resurfacing, radiofrequency microneedling, laser hair removal, Botox, fillers and biostimulation, EXO seamlessly combines cutting-edge technology with an artful, personalized approach. The commitment to holistic well-being goes far deeper, offering IV therapy, hormone optimization, hair restoration, targeted pain management and the exceptional BodEvolv program, which is a bespoke strategy for sustainable weight management and enhanced longevity. But EXO is also a place of true delight and sophisticated indulgence. After MedSpa treatments, one can retreat to the ground-floor nail bar, described aptly as a “sanctuary of artistry,” where nail care becomes not just grooming, but a powerful act of self-expression and holistic restoration. Treatments such as collagen wraps and red-light therapy go far beyond mere aesthetics, nurturing cellular health and a profound sense of renewal. Top off visits with a handcrafted cocktail or savor an exquisite dish prepared by Michelin-starred chef Gianni Colucci. Gina Gamblin, EXO’s founder, along with brand strategist Alex Petrou, emphasize that EXO was designed for clients who value the level of luxury typically found in New York or Los Angeles, now thoughtfully brought to the heart of the Midwest. “It’s a culture of life, wellness and longevity,” Alex shares. “A destination where you can truly step away from the minutiae of daily life and invest wholly in yourself.” Gina elaborates that EXO is dedicated to creating sensual, sustaining experiences that are genuinely designed for long-term health and vitality. “Clients are beginning to understand self-care not as indulgence, but as an essential priority.” Alex adds, “When we intentionally prioritize our own well-being, we become better, more present, more vibrant, for the people who depend on us. At EXO, there’s no guilt here. Come in your sweats, come as you are. This is your personal sanctuary.” That welcoming philosophy extends gracefully to families as well. Select services are available for children, and with hours stretching until 10 p.m. most days, even the busiest clients can find time to prioritize their own care on their terms. Under the expert medical direction of Dr. Chris Main, DO, each guest’s experience is carefully customized to maximize results and support sustainable wellness. Nowhere is this more evident than in EXO’s pioneering BodEvolv program. Through comprehensive body composition analysis, metabolic assessments, targeted lab panels and selected medications, including GLP-1/GIP, phentermine, and peptides, clients embark on highly individualized journeys toward weight management and extended vitality. Energy and metabolic function are further optimized with LipoB, B12 injections, and exceptional supplements, crafting a rigorous strategy that supports wellness from the inside out. Complimentary skin consultations or comprehensive health assessments, complete with advanced labs and diagnostic testing, can be scheduled. 618.692.9696 VisitEXO.com

Through The Lens The Power of Capturing Life’s Most Meaningful Moments ARTICLE BY KELLEY LAMM

Photographer Casey Pierce

Casey Pierce Why do you believe photography matters in today’s fast-paced world? In a world that rushes by, photography is a pause button. It honors the fleeting: childhood giggles, a mother’s embrace, the quiet bond of family. To photograph is to say, this mattered. I capture what we’re too busy to see: the beauty in the now, and the memory we’ll one day need to hold close.

In every image, there lives a story often unspoken, yet deeply felt. A single photograph has the power to transcend time, emotion, and even memory. Through the lens of a camera, life’s most fleeting moments are captured and preserved, not just as images, but as echoes of who we are, where we’ve been and what we hold dear. Photography, at its core, is more than just a visual record. It’s a form of storytelling, of truth-telling. It is both an art and an act of preservation. In a world constantly moving, often faster than we can keep up, photography offers a rare pause, a still frame in the (Continued > Page 23)

middle of the chaos, where the beauty, emotion and humanity of a moment can be seen and felt again and again. It takes a special kind of talent to see what others might overlook. The slight tilt of a child’s head resting on a grandparent’s shoulder. The final burst of sunlight casting long shadows over a couple’s first dance. The joy, the tears, the quiet in-between. Great photographers have a gift, an almost magical ability to anticipate the unsaid, to notice the unnoticed, and to translate feeling into image. They do not merely

click a shutter; they capture the essence of a moment, often one that would have otherwise passed by unmarked. What makes photography so powerful is not only its ability to freeze time but also its capacity to evoke emotion, provoke thought and inspire connection. It reminds us of our shared experiences and allows us to relive moments that have shaped us. Whether it’s a milestone celebration, a candid laugh or a quiet, contemplative scene, photographs give those moments a kind of permanence that memory alone cannot always sustain. CONTINUED >

Carol Green What does the power of a moment mean to you behind the lens? One beautiful thing about being a photographer is the ability to capture a moment that evokes emotions, builds connections and has the power to change how we see the world. With each assignment, I strive to capture pinnacle moments that tell stories which communicate the mission of my clients and celebrate the people I photograph. In today’s digital age, where visuals flood our screens by the second, authentic, intentional photography still stands apart. It grounds us. It reminds us that behind every image is a real moment, a real story, a real person. That’s why, now more than ever, photography matters. Amid the filtered and fleeting, it brings us back to what’s real. For the photographers featured in this piece, their work is more than a profession, it’s a purpose. Carol Green seeks out the stories behind the smile, the strength behind the pose, and the mission behind the moment. Casey Pierce finds stillness in motion, capturing the intimate, heartfelt glimpses we often rush past. John Lore aims to reflect the truth of our lives with raw honesty, documenting the world not as we wish it to be, but as it truly is. Together, they remind us that photography isn’t just about taking pictures, it’s about seeing. Really seeing. Through their lenses, they invite us to look again, more closely, more intentionally. Because sometimes, it’s in the smallest detail that the biggest meaning is found. Photography is not just an art. It’s an archive of our lives. It keeps our memories vibrant, our moments alive, and our stories always within reach.

John Lore Why do you believe photography matters in today’s fast-paced world? In a fragmented world overwhelmed by noise, photography preserves truth and connection. Once united by shared culture, we now consume isolated, curated content. My role is to bear witness, to document real life unfolding around us. One honest frame at a time, I strive to remind us of our shared humanity and collective experience.

SAINT LOUIS CLOSET CO. TEAM HELPS CLIENTS DECLUTTER TO DE-STRESS

Lately, most people's days are chaotic, pulled in so many directions, and constantly plugged in digitally. We always seek calm, but finding moments of serenity can feel like a far-fetched luxury. For Jennifer Q. Williams, owner and founder of Saint Louis Closet Co., creating calm isn’t a luxury, it’s a mission. Jennifer is known as a trailblazer in the custom organization industry, and has spent more than three decades transforming thousands of St. Louis homes and businesses, one thoughtfully designed space at a time. But, what sets her work apart isn’t just the elegance of her designs, it’s the philosophy behind them. “I’ve always believed that organization has the power to transform lives,” she says, her voice warm and grounded with experience. “When your home is in order, your mind is, too. That’s what I mean when I talk about going from creation to calmness. Saint Louis Closet Co. takes the spark of a design idea or a chaotic space, and turns it into an area that genuinely supports someone’s lifestyle.”

SEEING POSSIBILITY IN EVERY SPACE

When Jennifer walks into a room, she admits she sees more than clutter or chaos; she sees potential for efficiency. Whether it’s a cramped hall closet or an underutilized home office, each space presents a creative opportunity. “Design isn’t just about what looks good, it’s about solving problems,” she explains. “How does this person live? What slows them down in the morning? What stresses them out when they walk in the door? That’s where we start.” Her process is deeply personal. Each client’s needs and daily rhythms shape the final product, she shares, which may include adjustable shelving, pull-out accessories or even hidden hampers. Every detail is designed not only to maximize space, but also to minimize stress. CONTINUED >

A ST. LOUIS SUCCESS STORY

Jennifer launched Saint Louis Closet Co. in 1991, breaking barriers as one of the first women in the region to own and operate a custom closet company. Today, her Maplewood-based business has grown into a local institution, known for its custom craftsmanship, community involvement and strong commitment to customer care. Saint Louis Closet Co. manufactures every system in-house, allowing Jennifer and her team full creative control from start to finish. “Our work is 100% tailored, nothing is off-the-shelf,” she says. “That allows us to respond to the real lives people are living, not just trends.”

DESIGNING FOR PEACE OF MIND

In a time when people are at home more than ever, Jennifer’s work has taken on a new meaning. “There’s a kind of peace that comes from walking into a closet where everything has a place,” she says. “You breathe easier. You feel in control. That’s what we’re really delivering, not just shelves or drawers, but a sense of calm.” And that sense of calm is catching on. Her company has been featured in countless regional and national publications, and her clients, ranging from busy parents to top executives, often describe her designs as “life-changing.” Yet for Jennifer, it always comes back to one thing: helping people feel better in their own homes. “Designing a closet might seem like a small thing,” she says. “But when that closet helps someone start their day with less stress and more confidence, that’s a big deal. That’s the magic. That’s the calm we’re creating.” The Saint Louis Closet Co. team offers complimentary in-home consultations; whether a simple closet organizer or a fully customized solution is needed, the space of one's dreams can be created.

Jeans Jackets and Jewels Storage.

JENNIFER'S QUICK TIPS FOR FINDING CALM IN ORGANIZATION

• Think about a complete reset. Comb through everything owned and put thought into what truly belongs in the space, and what doesn't serve you anymore. Pieces that haven't been worn or used in more than a year take up mental and physical space that attribute to chaos. • Invest in matching hangers. Truthfully, the eye-catching stress of a haphazard clothes rack is creating more stress than realized. Mismatched, bent and damaged hangers can easily be replaced for a quick design refresh. • Make sure everything can be seen. Are items hidden away from sight? The stress and time it takes to dig for an item that you know you want to wear, but simply cannot find, is key in removing to create more peace in your closet. • Establish a "one in, one out" rule. When bringing a new piece to your closet, consider what might need to go, or which piece it takes the place of. Continually filtering out old, unused pieces can keep collections under control. 314.781.9000 StLouisClosetCo.com

PA S S I O N BECOMES CAREER Fostering a yarn-driven, creative community through inspiring classes, stitch nights, lessons, summer camps and innovative events is the mission of "Yarn Queen" Heather Swan, founder of YarnCom since 2023. YARNCOM WELCOMES FIBER ARTISTS OF ALL SKILL LEVELS ARTICLE BY JULIE BROWN PATTON

Heather says she learned to crochet and sew as a young child. She picked up knitting needles 15 years ago, but eventually returned to her crochet roots. At that point, her love affair with fiber arts became permanent. She also enjoys tunisian crochet, spinning and weaving. "We offer a support system for new makers, providing beginning classes or private lessons to start them. We also provide community groups three times weekly to help them practice and develop skills. We have a variety of samples around the shop to inspire," she says. "And our staff work to understand each person’s goals and guide others through the process to create projects they love." Recently, the team created passports for beginners to achieve goals and be rewarded along the way with a free private lesson and other tools that make yarn adventures easier. What many people love about yarn creations is slowing down to create something from scratch, shares Heather who has more than 25 years of leadership experience in corporate settings and a passion for volunteerism, community building and event planning. Her additional entrepreneurial adventures include the Midwest Fiber Festival and The Swan Factor. She serves as West St. Louis County Chamber of Commerce board of director’s vice chair of membership services and community engagement liaison for the Creve Coeur/Olivette Chapter. "Being able to read words on a screen or sheet of paper that translates to using yarn and hooks or needles to go stitchby-stitch to make whatever your heart desires provides a safe space for communing with other creators," she says. During September, for those interested, Heather will host: • "Potions Yarn Trunk Show" regarding hand-dyed yarns, Sept. 5-7. • "Have a Ball Fall Crawl" to join 21 other yarn shops from North America to provide the opportunity for a Virtual Yarn

“We’re the hub for local crafters to share their work, get supplies and teach or learn.” Shopping Experience, Sept. 20-21 and 27-28. Heather says participants can shop from the comfort of their homes and win great prizes. • "Open Stitch Groups" on Wednesdays 1-4 p.m., Fridays 6–10 p.m., and Sundays 1-3 p.m. every week 636.628.6784 YarnComSTL.com

Black Optical: A Place Where Design And Experience Converge, Shaping Identit y In The Process ARTICLE BY ROBIN SEATON JEFFERSON

38

“Black Optical has never been about selling glasses,” says Madelein Black, marketing director. “It's a place where design and experience converge, shaping identity in the process.” Founded by Gary Black in 2007, the brand began with a single showroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and a simple premise:

“It’s precision with care,” says Madelein Black, Black Optical marketing director. “The process is exacting, but the experience is warm.” eyewear is personal. Today, Black Optical operates six showrooms across Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas, each one a quiet rebellion against the generic, logo-heavy world of mainstream eyewear. Gary started as an eyewear adviser at 17 years old, stocking sunglasses, and even at that age, pushing boundaries. “In high school, I would buy frames at Sunglass Hut or Gadzooks and have them fitted with prescription lenses elsewhere,” he says. “I wanted something different, something with a point of view.” That obsession never left. “I wanted frames that said something. Once I stepped into the optical world, I realized I had found a hidden corner of design.”

That obsession evolved into Black Optical’s signature approach: independent designers, luxury lens technology and a showroom experience grounded in hospitality and intention. That world now includes exclusive collaborations with cult-favorite brands, Jacques Marie Mage, Lapima, Ahlem, Diffuser Japan, Kuro Athletics, and a custom house scent that greets every guest at the door. Their clients? Discerning. Curious. Style-minded. “They don’t come to us for convenience,” Madelein says. “They come to look and be seen at their best. Great design never goes out of style and the right frame can change how you see everything, everywhere.” CONTINUED > S EP TEMB ER 2 0 2 5 | C I TYL I FE STYL E . C O M / C L AY TO N

Many of their clients are architects, artists, designers and entrepreneurs: people who view eyewear not just as an accessory, but as an extension of their personal brand. “They care about form, function and story,” she adds. “They want craftsmanship, not logos. Conversation, not transaction. They’re intentional with every choice, and they want to align with brands that reflect that same depth, focus and clarity.” The Missouri locations offer comprehensive eye exams, contact lenses, custom sun lens tints, precision fittings and services powered by 3D digital measuring tech that are finetuned down to the millimeter. “It is precision with care,” she says. “The process is exacting, but the experience is warm.” Every detail in the showroom is deliberate, from the music and lighting to the scent in the air. “We think about our spaces the way a chef thinks about plating,” Gary says. “Our showrooms are minimalist, but never cold. They are quiet by design, so the eyewear and the person wearing it can take the center of attention.” Time is a luxury at Black Optical. Clients are encouraged to explore, try on multiple styles of glasses, ask questions and even leave and return with a clear perspective. “We don’t rush the process,” he adds. “We style, we educate and we listen. Our clients come to us because they want to be seen and heard, not sold.” At Black Optical, eyewear isn’t just functional; it is defining. “It's the most visible part of your wardrobe,” Madelein says. “It's on your face every day. It deserves better.” 401 N Euclid Ave. 314.696.2310 BlackOptical.com

Creating one-of-a-kind bijouterie: To reflect the evolution of Uncommon Threads Jewelry, the custom work of artisan and founder Randi Chervitz is metamorphing into the business name RC Studio Jewelry. "Each piece of my handmade jewelry reflects a unique, independent spirit. I enjoy working with geometric structures, colorful stones and textures to produce jewelry with rustic elegance. There's something so exciting and exquisite about organic beauty, and thinking about the history and traditions embodied in each piece," Randi explains. When Randi started her independent jewelry line in 1991, she says she knew she would crochet metal to make her designs, because lacy, crocheted silver reminded her of the love her grandmother poured into her through knitting lessons. Since then, Randi has relished extending that love to her clients through her handmade creations. From her Kirkwood studio, she now creates and sells an expanded jewelry collection that spans gold, colored gems and pearls, as well as mixed and hand-forged metals, for both women and men. The collection includes earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, pins and brooches. Randi, an established jewelry designer who also serves as an estate specialist in designer handbags for local business National Rarities, says she applies her experience in gemology and fashion sense from the "wearables world." In her personal quest for continuous education, she completed her Diamonds and Diamond Grading course during 2024 through the Gemological Institute of America. "I've always liked art and crafts, even making sock puppets as a kid, and I like business, especially those following sustainable practices. My jewelry endeavor allows me to blend those two life elements, while seeing others realize how nice it is to treat oneself to everyday elegance," Randi says.

“Handmade jewelry is a wonderful, stunning luxury that elevates jewelry collections, providing must-haves for any occasion.” ~Randi Chervitz, founder, RC Studio Jewelry This hands-on jeweler says elements of nature drive her creation process. "I use ethically sourced gems. Materials and shapes draw me to them, symmetricals, circles, squares. Repetitive patterns also appeal to me. And, my jewelry even shows the hammer marks from my own anvil." As a designer, she says she also embraces wabi-sabi, the Japanese philosophy that finds beauty in the imperfect, impermanent and incomplete aspects of life, appreciating the marks of time and the unique character of each object or experience. Applying colored gemstones, such as sapphires, from small, independent miners is important to Randi. She says those types of careful, artisanal miners, which are typically female-owned, often have beneficiation programs (value-adding processing) in place. "This means their gemstones coming to market are color-banded, showing and radiating their history, sometimes with imperfect facets that only add to their magnificence. It's a bit like seeing the creation of earth in our hands."

46

A RT IST ’S PA LE T T E | ARTS + CU LT U RE

Several initiatives, for example, are dedicated to supporting small-scale miners in Africa involved in gemstone extraction and beneficiation, with these programs designed to improve the miners' working conditions, economic well-being and environmental practices, while ensuring ethical and responsible sourcing for the global market. While Randi creates custom collections, she confirms she's open to semi-custom requests, especially if someone sees a pearl-related or other piece she's already done and would like to switch the gem to a different stone for a birthday or special anniversary. "Currently, I'm really into creating jewelry with vibrant blue and optimistic orange stones," she adds. Randi's designs can be purchased online from her website. 314.966.6010 UncommonThreadsJewelry.com RCStudioJewelry.com

CLOSET CONFESSIONS:

Fall always has been fashion’s most evocative season. As temperatures drop and routines settle back into place, wardrobes undergo a subtle yet meaningful transformation. Layers are added. Textures deepen. Colors shift. For many, there’s a quiet ritual in reaching for that one familiar piece, the item that feels like a seasonal necessity, comforting and reliable amid the changing days. Closet Confessions: Fall Edition explores the go-to fashion pieces of women across a range of industries, professions and creative paths. From the arts to health care to corporate leadership, each woman shares the item she relies on when autumn arrives. These selections span timeless apparel, meaningful jewelry and fabulous footwear. They reflect not only personal style but also the realities of everyday life, capturing moments both big and small. A fall favorite might be a tailored coat that boosts confidence, a cozy sweater that feels like a warm embrace or a pair of gold hoops that have accompanied someone through years of personal and professional change. Others express seasonal style through soft knitwear, worn not just for warmth, but for the calm and comfort it brings to a hectic day. Whether practical, sentimental or purely stylish, each piece reveals something unique about how a woman experiences and embraces the spirit of the season. These items are not driven by fleeting trends or fast fashion. They are chosen with intention, worn with memory and often rediscovered with fresh appreciation year after year. These staples move effortlessly with their wearers through the rhythm and demands of fall, carrying them from early morning meetings to late-night dinners, from brisk walks to quiet reflections, from transitional moments to the vibrant pace of daily life. Perhaps it serves as a reminder that the item that feels most like fall already may be hanging in the closet, familiar and comforting, patiently waiting to be worn again.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER: EMILY T. LANE, THE C-SUITE

Emily loves the quiet power of her whole-garment knitted dress by Alexander McQueen. With technical precision and emotive artistry, it blends feminine elegance and bold structure, featuring an alluring red blossom. “It reflects the balance women in leadership navigate. Embracing strength while remaining attuned to the deeper nuances of the world around them.”

INTERDISCIPLINARY ARTIST: YVONNE OSEI

Jewelry is the first thing Yvonne reaches for when the air shifts and colors turn. While others pull out sweaters, she layers necklaces, earrings and bangles. “I am layered, intentional and full of story, just like fall. Jewelry reflects my love of layering, storytelling and honoring symbolism.”

FASHION DESIGNER: SHANNA BRITTA

Shanna loves the versatility of the sweater coat. She pairs it with jeans or layers it over business looks, sometimes belting it or adding a brooch or a kilt pin. “I designed this as an easy, elevated layer you can throw on over anything.” See ShannaBritta.com. Photo by: Shanna Britta

Chioma loves this Calvin Klein statement dress for fall. She throws a blazer over it for court and then heads to happy hour. “Red communicates confidence and ease with the power I bring into a room, something that matters as an attorney representing high-profile clients.”

LIVING STYLE THE INTERSECTION OF FASHION AND HOME

ARTICLE BY TYLER AMADEUS | PHOTOGRAPHY BY ADRIEN KING AND ALEC WALWORTH

IN

this unexpected love affair, fashion and interiors are more than just a simple pairing—they are rooted in culture, creativity, and the human desire for self-expression. As conscious consumers of the 21st century, participating in a retail landscape that is oversaturated and struggling to adapt to the ever-changing demands of the modern customer, our purchasing power should not only respond to a feeling of want but also prioritize items that reflect who we

are and who we aspire to be. This is clearly visible through the representation of fashion and interiors. Although we tend to consider cost-per-wear primarily when it comes to clothing, this same principle applies to furniture and the function it brings to the home. Aesthetics and functionality both play a role in this pairing, painting a picture for the rest of the world of who the wearer is and how they live in their space. The woman who wears a blazer with sharp shoulders that CONTINUED >

ern furniture that feels equally strong and elevates the space where the modern woman thrives. In the same way, someone who prefers an effortless ensemble—like their favorite white T-shirt and comfortable denim jeans—may also look for home pieces that are functional and make their guests feel at ease. Even a handmade rug, one that sparks conversation about where it was found and adds a focal point to a room, mirrors how we search our closets for a sweater tied to a cherished memory. Just as we carefully choose outfits to express ourselves, it’s equally important to ensure that our living spaces are designed with the same intention. More than ever, modern buyers are making purchasing decisions based on personal morals and values, forming a new wave of consumers who seek products that are both high-quality and environmentally or socially conscious, whether for themselves or their homes. The following imagery affirms that living a timeless lifestyle across all aspects of life is possible through the thoughtful styling of sustainable clothing and vintage furniture. As the modern retail landscape continues to evolve, it’s become increasingly vital to make conscious consumer choices—ones that allow us to express our truest selves through both our wardrobes and the places we call home. How To Treat Back Pain:

CONTINUED

Without Pills, Injections or Surgery

SEPTEMBER 20 TH

Oxfest Music Festival City Park Grounds, Washington, Missouri | 11:30 AM

By: Dr. Beth Templin For far too long, we’ve been led to believe that when it comes to back pain, you only have a few options: take pain pills, get injections, or have surgery. But as an expert in the field of aging and movement, I’ve found that there are newer, highly effective options that heal your body naturally, without the risks and recovery time that often come with more invasive procedures. Back pain is one of the leading causes of disability worldwide. In fact, is it estimated that up to 80% of adults will experience it at some point in their lives. And while back pain can affect anyone, it becomes more common, and often more stubborn, as we age. The problem is traditional treatments often only mask symptoms, without addressing the underlying cause. Medications may dull the pain, but they don’t repair damaged tissue. Injections can help for a time, but their effects wear off and can cause more damage. And surgery, while sometimes necessary, can be risky and requires significant recovery and downtime. This is where regenerative therapies like EMTT, Radial and Focused Shockwave come into play. 66

These non-invasive treatments trigger your body’s healing process to repair the underlying cause of the pain. Learn more about these groundbreaking options and how they work to decrease pain by attending our next free educational seminar “Freedom from Back Pain: Modern Healing Options for Stenosis, Arthritis & Disc Degeneration”. During this seminar find out: What causes common back issues as you age. Why approaches, like pain pills and injections don’t always work. How Regenerative Therapy is a game changer for back pain.
