Client Testimonial “My wife and I have known Taunya for years, but never had the opportunity to work with her, professionally, until we decided to sell our home in Bozeman. Taunya was the perfect broker for us. Her knowledge of the local market, together with her staging, marketing and negotiation skills was terrific. Our property was a higher end “horse” property and Taunya sold it in less than three weeks. We would certainly recommend Taunya Fagan Bozeman Real Estate to anyone looking for a professional, personable and effective broker. She is the best!” Diane and Harry - LISTED and SOLD with Taunya

Fall in 2021 officially begins on September 22nd and runs through December 21st,

but conventional season declarations don’t mean much to us in Montana. We never know what we are going to get, formally defined or not. Summer can continue into October, but it can also come to an abrupt stop in September and we might skip fall weather altogether. Generally, though, September means colder nights with many warm days. We will get to see some of the fall colors and people will still be getting into the high country. I love fall and I will also miss summer, though this was one of those years that stays so hot, the fall temps become very desirable.

Fall helps me remember why I love hot coffee in the morning and remembering to have a jacket with you becomes important again. Some of the most beautiful days of the year can come in September. Temps in the high 60s, a mild breeze, deep greens, and maybe the aspens will be blazing gold by then, too. The September sun doesn’t have the same intensity as July and the days become noticeably shorter. Hopefully, the fire season will be winding down and the mountains will be much clearer. September means the energy around the hunting community is intensifying and the ski/snowboard community begins to think about the gear they need. They religiously look at the winter forecast in hopes for a big powder year.
