at the lift of a smart phone. An entertaining home, with plenty of options for an ol’ cowboy to kick up his heels and tell tall tales of the roving bands of native Comanche and Apache that camped here; or, where the Old No. Nine Railroad once hustled through the dramatic hills of the Edwards Plateau. The architecture, styles, interiors, and especially craftsmanship necessary to tell this story require dedication, time, and financial backing. But the story has now been written. And it will be told for a hundred years more. Perhaps in a hundred years, this ranch will be as Randy tells it, “Uncivilized pagans drank untreated water Right out of our rivers back in their day Now those streams bubble with clean treated sewage While they sit in their hotubs and they sip perrier. Scrape off the hilltops, build look alike houses Move in some people and turn on the TV After the ball game turn on some old movies They'll smile when they see how things use to be.” But if it is, the neighborhood will wonder at the story and the architecture of that old homestead. And let’s hope they will reminisce of old times, marvel at the struggle, and hold on to the heritage. Who knows? Maybe the kids will even find a way to keep it, the Texas Hill Country.

Lash Loft offers lash extensions, lifts and tinting. Chelsey is also able to discuss skin treatment plans and provide facials and Botox injections. They even offer organic spray tans! A lot of young women come in for lash lifts, one of the latest trends. The estheticians also specialize in brow tinting and waxing. “My passion is eye enhancement services with my main specialty being eyelash extensions and lash lifts. I am always focused and dedicated to perfecting my craft.” In the near future Chelsey may offer microblading: a semi-permanent tattoo technique to create the illusion of fuller brows. Expecting her second child in September, Chelsey is looking to the future. She would like to expand to Kerrville and Fredericksburg, hoping to reach as many clients as possible ... or potentially move into a larger building in Boerne. From San Antonio originally, Chelsey and her husband Joe live in Boerne with their family. She plans to commute initially if she opens a shop elsewhere – at least until she hires women to run it. “What sets me apart is my attention to detail, thoroughness, and creative ability to specifically customize what works for each client, especially to provide education on lash health." https://lashloftofboerne.com
