"AUTUMN, THE YEAR'S LAST, LOVELIEST SMILE." - William Cullen Byrant This eloquent quote from the great American poet and journalist, Mr. William Cullen Bryant, leaves my sun-kissed skin wrapped in a cloak of goose bumps. As I write this, sitting at my cluttered glass top desk, it is July. The leaves of the poplar treat outside my window remain green, the evening air is buzzing with lightning bugs and the giggles of young children playing tag dance through the warm breeze. Wearing my polka-dotted bikini has become more of a regular fashion statement than it should be at this point, but with fall just around the corner it feels only right to allow every last ray of sun to kiss my skin that will soon become pale under the smock of fall and winter. But as I've worked on this issue, I've yearned for the fall nights that I love so much–sitting by a crackling fire, carving pumpkins with my family and eating so much kettle corn that I can practically feel the sugar running through my veins. This

But that's not all she does. DiYeso is also a group fitness instructor at the Asheville Racquet Club and was a lululemon ambassador from 2014-18. "People trust me in the gym with their bodies and I think that helps them trust me cloth them as well," DiYeso said. DiYeso also personally styled each outfit for this photoshoot. Sporting the baby blue high-low dress is Sarah Roe, a local nutritionist, marketing manager, mom and chef. Her dress is accompanied by a divine yellow bag, Chinese Laundry booties and an exquisite statement necklace. In the brick-colored corduroy skirt and dainty white blouse is Sarah LaStella, co-director of Asheville Yoga Festival and mother of a beautifully curious young daughter. Last, but certainly not least, is DiYeso herself, holding her 8-week-old French bulldog Maisie. DiYeso is wearing a yellow v-neck that is complemented nicely by a pair of high-rise black skinny jeans and a trio of jewelry by Chan Luu. Aside from holding full-time jobs and being fantastic mothers, all three women have teamed up to create the Complete Retreat, a getaway to Cat Island, Bahamas, that aims to restore, nourish and empower women through fueling their bodies and connecting with one another. 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and diced 2 tbsp olive oil sprinkle of salt and pepper 1⁄4 tsp ground chipotle 10 corn tortillas Optional Toppings: Black beans, diced avocado, fresh cilantro

1⁄2 head red cabbage, cored and finely shredded 1 large carrot, shredded 1⁄4 cup cilantro leaves 1 bunch green onion or 1 small red onion, diced 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice 1⁄2 tbsp pure maple syrup 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced 1⁄2 tsp sea salt 1⁄4 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper and chipotle. and bake for 30-45 minutes or until sweet potatoes are cooked through. For the red cabbage slaw, toss together cabbage, carrots, cilantro and green onions in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients to a make a light dressing. Toss cabbage mixture with dressing. Taste to adjust the seasonings. Heat dry griddle pan on high for 3-5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and warm tortillas, about 1-2 minutes per side. Assemble tacos by placing a spoonful of sweet potatoes on each tortilla. Top each taco with cabbage slaw and toppings of choice.
