Designed to celebrate a special Sweet One milestone, this pink lemonade-inspired event blends soft pink with butter yellow tones to create a setting that feels warm, joyful, and effortlessly elevated. The concept centres around capturing that “first birthday sweetness” while layering in delicate details that make it equally suited to a christening celebration.

A standout feature of the design is the beautifully styled candy cart, finished with soft florals to introduce a refined, almost garden-like feel. This subtle detail brings a gentle elegance to the space, perfectly balancing the playful colour palette. The backdrop and balloon installation were designed as a statement focal point, tying everything together while creating the perfect setting for photos and special moments.

For the little guests, a thoughtfully styled picnic area in butter yellow and soft pink offers a relaxed and inviting space to sit, eat, and enjoy the celebration together. This is paired with a curated soft play setup for youngexr children, while the bubble cube adds an extra element of excitement, catering to both younger and older kids and making it a standout feature of the event.

What makes this design so special is the balance between playful and polished. It feels light, fresh, and full of joy for the children, while still maintaining a cohesive and elevated finish that makes the entire celebration feel truly memorable.

Petra’s 11th birthday was designed as the perfect mix of style and fun, inspired by her favourite colour combination and the ever popular bow trend, brought to life with the help of Gem Party Co. The vision was to create something that felt beautifully put together while still giving kids the freedom to play, and the outdoor movie setup did exactly that! A standout feature was the ball pit overlooking the screen, giving guests the option to lounge, watch or burn off energy, which worked so well for this age group and kept the atmosphere relaxed and playful throughout the evening. The space was filled with thoughtful details like bean bags, a popcorn machine that filled the air with that piping hot fresh popcorn smell just like the movies, fresh hot dogs from the Hot Dog Machine and a charming concession stand stocked with yummy treats. All this kept the kids happily entertained for hours! The cookies by Sugarcookie Lane were almost too cute to eat and tied the theme together perfectly, while the DIY hot chocolate bottle favours from Sweet Health Cookie Mix were a hit with both kids and parents. Guests were welcomed by a stunning balloon arch by Bright Balloons paired with oversized popcorn box props, a pink runner and pink bollards from Tiny Tots Event Hire, setting the tone from the moment they arrived! A simple tip when planning a kids party is to include a mix of activities that allow for both high energy play and quiet moments, it keeps kids engaged longer and creates a more relaxed experience for everyone.

The vision was to create something that felt beautifully put together while still giving kids the freedom to play, and the outdoor movie setup did exactly that!

Inspired by the timeless charm and elegance of Paris, our Princesses in Paris concept was designed to transport little guests into a whimsical Parisian dream. This styled shoot combines soft pastel tones, delicate florals, and playful French patisserie elements to create a setting that feels both magical and sophisticated for young children. The backdrop features a custom Parisian storefront complete with a striped patisserie awning, custom acrylics, paired with a statement pink arch and an Eiffel Tower detail that instantly anchors the theme. A cascading organic balloon installation in soft neutrals and pastels adds movement and a playful touch, while maintaining a refined colour palette against the luxury facade of the venue.

For the tablescape, we leaned into a classic Parisian tea party aesthetic. Vintage-inspired pink china, gold cutlery, and delicate glassware create a charming setting for little guests to enjoy sweet treats together. A lush floral runner featuring hydrangeas and garden roses in soft blues, creams, and pastel pinks brings texture and elegance to the table while still feeling fresh and child-friendly. The children’s café moments encourage interactive play and storytelling, hair styling activities, allowing little princesses to imagine themselves enjoying a day in Paris.

This design works beautifully for children’s celebrations as it balances elegance with fun—creating a luxurious yet playful atmosphere that feels magical, memorable, and perfectly suited to a princessinspired celebration.

A perfect blend of fun, fashion, and fantasy designed to celebrate not just a birthday, but a memorable experience for everyone involved.

A vibrant, high energy celebration brought to life for Grace & Isabel’s “Golden Six” milestone where playful elegance meets a modern K-pop–inspired dream.

The space was transformed into a statement party zone, centred around a custom white arched stage layered with shimmering sequin panels that caught the light beautifully. A bold pastel palette of pinks, lilacs, and turquoise balloons installations, accented with metallic spheres and disco balls for that extra sparkle.

Character cut-outs and stylised graphics added a fun, animated touch, perfectly matching the theme and creating an immersive experience for the kids. The “Golden Goods” station doubled as both décor and a retail-style display, filled with themed merchandise and party favours, elevating the overall styling concept. In front of the stage, a thoughtfully styled kids’ dining setup featured coordinated tableware and personalised favour boxes, keeping the look cohesive and photo-ready from every angle.

The celebration truly came alive during the entertainment segment, where children gathered in a circle for interactive games and activities, creating a joyful and engaging atmosphere filled with laughter and connection.

The highlight of the day was the birthday duo themselves dressed in striking white and gold outfits with statement boots and accessories effortlessly embodying the theme and stealing the spotlight with confidence and charm.

Mavie’s FARM

Designed to celebrate Mavie’s 2nd birthday, this farmyard dream was brought to life as a playful yet beautifully styled celebration, where every detail was thoughtfully considered. Inspired by the charm of a classic barnyard setting, the space featured a statement barn backdrop paired with layered balloon installations and florals placed throughout to soften and elevate the look. Custom props tied the theme together seamlessly, creating a setting that felt cohesive, and full of personality.

A standout element of the day was the combination of styling and interactive experiences. The picnic setup created the perfect base for little guests to gather, while activity placemats and a “build a unicorn” station added a fun, hands on element that kept everyone engaged. The fun continued with a jumping castle and a slide into a ball pit, creating moments of pure excitement and energy throughout the event.

The sweets offering was just as considered, with beautifully crafted custom cookies, cookie mix jars, and an incredible selection of desserts that doubled as part of the visual styling. Each detail worked together to create a space that felt abundant, playful, and visually stunning from every angle.

Captured perfectly by an amazing photographer and content creator, this celebration was a true reflection of what happens when the right vendors come together. A seamless blend of styling, entertainment, and thoughtful details that made Mavie’s special day unforgettable.
