Booklet - The Secret About Time - 3 for 1 Principle

Page 1

Purpose

To help you think about time the way millionaires think about money—seeing it not as scarce, but as abundant and fully within your control.

My Goal

My goal is simple: to pass on a gift—a thought I was given that has completely changed how I live and work. Because of this one thought, I’ve gained 20-30+ hours of free time each week.

Sharing the Value

I share this thought of time with you, as a gift, there’s no obligation - just three simple requests:

1. Call the person who shared this booklet with you and thank them. We, as a society, are often ungrateful, and I want to do my part to change that.

2. Share this booklet with three people who are looking for more time and would truly appreciate your help.

3. If you or someone you know owns a business and would value insight into building a stronger Business Operating System (BOS), call us at (260) 818-0233.

It would be our privilege to connect, learn about your business, and explore whether we can help. We trust you enjoy discovering this secret and benefit from it as much as my wife, my seven children, and I have.

Sincerely,

How does a 58-year-old guy, who owns 9 companies, has 7 children and 12 grandchildren, and plays pickleball 5 days a week, have an extra 20 to 30+ hours of free time a week?

Mark strongly recommends completing the 3-minute personality survey and, at your convenience, requesting the 30-minute GIFT review of your personality.

“Mark Thinks Differently About Time … And A Lot Of Things!”

An Important Consideration

Before I share my story and my gift to you, I would like to share one other insight.

It’s EASY to get an extra 20 to 30+ hours of free time, but it’s HARD to keep it. Why?

There are many factors, actually, but one of the biggest factors is that people around us tend to … how do we say it nicely, kind of “suck the very life/time out of us.” How do we prevent this?

Learn to steward our TIME, are the 7 T’s well, and help others to learn how to do so as well. Join the Life GPS mobile app and have others around you to do so as well.

If others aren’t willing to join us in learning to think about time in a very different way, then maybe … we should also rethink how much of our time we invest and/or give to them. When you register through Life GPS (at no cost) and complete your 30 Day Challenge, you will receive a certificate of completion and a lifetime membership in a really special group of people.

The History / The Story

Several years ago, I experienced something that completely changed my life—it gave me an extra 20+ hours of free time every single week. It’s a story many people find hard to believe.

The “Reader’s Digest” Version:

What I discovered is simple, but powerful. Like most people, I was thinking about time very differently from how I think about money. As a business owner for decades, and as an author and international speaker, I’ve always approached money with intention. If I invest $10,000, I expect to get that $10,000 back—plus a return. If that doesn’t happen, I don’t ignore it—I learn from it. And over time, those lessons compound, helping me generate better and better financial returns.

Then it hit me…

I wasn’t thinking about my time the same way. When I invested my time, I was expecting money in return not more time.

When we exchange time for money, we will ALWAYS run out of time, and I do mean always! When we learn to think differently about time and help those around us do the same, we will gain & keep 20 to 30+ hours of free time a week.

That realization changed everything. I began to think about time differently. I started expecting that when I invest 1 hour, I should get back 3 hours. Not immediately but over time.

The backstory is that I met Tom Kunz, who was the President of the largest real estate franchise in the world at the time, and he opened so many doors and helped create so many opportunities that I knew I needed to learn to think differently about … a lot of things.

This shift in thinking, it seems, happens in an instant. The results, the benefits from that instant shift will happen over time. Because when we change how we think, we change how we act.

And when you change the way you think and act, your results begin to change. Over time, that shift can lead to something most people never think is possible. Gaining back 20+ hours of free time every week. More time than you know what to do with.

Others have found that when they have two Secret About Time buddies, they are FAR more likely to follow through. This could be a spouse, child, friend, co-worker, or even a total stranger. Who will be the two people you select to go on this adventure with you?

Napoleon Hill says . . .

When we change the way we think, we change our lives forever.

Your mind has now “Conceived” of the thought that you could have an extra 20+ hours a week of free time. So much free time . . . that you’re not even sure what to do with all the free time you could have. The hard part is not the conception of free time but the belief that you will actually achieve it.

Belief . . . It is NOT Easy!

Henry Ford says it equally well...

The universe is built on systems (the solar system); our bodies are built on systems (blood, brain, cells, etc.); great companies are built on systems; and gaining an extra 20+ hours a week is built on systems as well.

Learning to gain 3 extra hours for every 1 hour we invest is a system. It takes hard work, as all great systems take. It takes discipline, energy, sacrifice, and “Yes . . . failure.” When we say “failure,” what we mean by “failure” is that it’s not going to work the first time we try it. It may take several tries before we get it right. If you’re looking for a quick fix, sorry, that’s not going to happen, but this isn’t something that you’ll need to invest a lot of time or money to do.

As an executive coach for over 30 years, I’ve noticed something fascinating. The people who complain the most about “not having enough time” are often the least likely to follow through on the very things that would give them more of it.

Suppose we recognize that in ourselves, let me say this: Congratulations on making it this far in the booklet. It means you’re ready for change. We may not have everything figured out yet… but we’re open and that’s where it starts.

Up to this point, we’ve established something important. The real issue isn’t a lack of time… It’s the way we think about time. Napoleon Hill reminds us that belief is essential. But there’s one more piece that holds people back—and for many, it still doesn’t fully click.

Think about this:

Why is it that some people earn more money… yet have less of it? While others earn less… and somehow have more?

The answer is simple:

● They spend less than they earn.

● They save.

● They invest wisely.

● They put their money to work for them—instead of always working for money

The same principle applies to time. When you begin to think differently about your time, when you expect a return… when you expect that one hour invested can produce 3 hours in return - you start making better decisions, better investments, and over time, those decisions begin to multiply your time.

Why is saving time all about others?

If our desire to save time is purely about ourselves, we may find it difficult to follow through on what it actually takes to create more of it.

But when our focus shifts—when saving time becomes about serving others, being more present, and making a greater impact we’ll find a deeper level of commitment begins to take hold.

Rather than going into full detail here on how to create a 3-to-1 return on your time, Life Masteries Institute, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, asked me to put together a series of ten short videos. On average, they are about six minutes long and designed to give us a practical perspective, insights, and simple direction—helping us begin to think differently about how we invest our time.

If we truly want more time and not just the idea of it, I’d invite you to try something simple.

Go to https://solution.dnaforsuccess.com/secret-about-time-10-videos and watch one video a day for the next ten days. Not to “get through them”… but to let them reshape how we think. Because when we think differently, we act differently. And when we act differently, our results begin to change.

Reminder: work with our two buddies on this, and it will help us achieve much greater success in less time and improve our friendship with both people. Maybe make a bet or a prize, like a stake dinner, for the reward when we are all successful with the 30 Day Challenge.

Video #1: 3 for 1 Principle ~ (14 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/30day/3f1/

“The first time I heard about the 3-for-1 principle, I immediately wanted to understand it. How could I possibly get three hours of value for every one hour I put in? It didn’t make sense. There are only 24 hours in a day. We still have to sleep, work, and take care of life so how could time somehow come back to us?

And the truth is, there isn’t a quick/easy answer.

The 3-for-1 principle isn’t a tactic—it’s a lifestyle. It’s something we choose to believe in before we fully understand it Just like starting a workout program, people say it requires a lifestyle change, not just a short-term effort. That’s what this became for me: a shift in how I live, how I prioritize, and how I show up.

At first, my mind resisted it. It didn’t feel possible. But I’ve learned that the things we resist—especially the things we don’t feel like doing—are often the very things that pay off the most over time. And that’s where it started to click.

The “3-for-1” isn’t about creating more hours in a day—it’s about creating more value with the hours you already have. It’s investing time in the right places, with the right people, in a way that multiplies results later It’s choosing discipline now so we gain freedom later I may not have fully understood it at the beginning but I chose to lean into it anyway. And over time, I started to see it.”

Video #2: The Mach 1 Principle ~ (3 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/30day/mach1/

The Mach 1, or “speed of sound,” principle connects directly to the 3-for-1 mindset. After I first began to understand 3-for-1, I shared it with a friend, Stan Lambert, who was a former fighter pilot. He immediately said, “I get it that’s like breaking the sound barrier.”

He explained how Chuck Yeager faced something every pilot before him had experienced. As they approached the speed of sound, their planes would shake violently. No one knew what would happen if they pushed through, so most backed off.

But Yeager trusted the system. He trusted the science of Mach 1. He stayed committed and pushed through the resistance. And then something unexpected happened—everything smoothed out.

Right before breaking the sound barrier, the resistance is at its peak. But once we break through, the resistance actually shifts behind us. We can move faster, with less strain.

That’s exactly how the 3-for-1 principle works.

When life, business, or relationships feel shaky, it doesn’t always mean we’re off track—it may mean we’re right on the edge of breakthrough. The key is not to pull back, but to lean in.

Push through the resistance to make a dimensional breakthrough that will change every area of life.

On the other side, things don’t get harder—they get smoother.

Video #3: Life Vision ~ (7 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/30day/lv/

Our life vision is deeply connected to the 3-for-1 principle.

Years ago, when my seven kids were still young, I made a decision: I wanted to be more present in their lives when they reached their teenage years. That meant making sacrifices early structuring my business and my time differently so I could gain freedom later.

That’s the 3-for-1 principle in action investing intentionally now to multiply your time and impact in the future.

But it goes even deeper than that. It’s what I call the combination principle where every part of your life begins to align and work together toward a greater purpose.

For me, that purpose became clear over time: to impact lives, one person at a time, in a meaningful and lasting way.

One of the most practical tools I’ve used to clarify that vision is something called the “passion circle.” You simply write down everything you’re passionate about around the outside of a circle and then, in the center, you define your life vision. When you see it all together, things begin to connect powerfully.

And when your vision becomes clear, your time starts to multiply in different ways. You become more intentional, more focused, and more aware of what truly matters.

It’s interesting people who have a lot of money are often good stewards of their money, which is why they tend to have more of it. The same is true with time. People who have a lot of time are typically those who have learned to steward it well. So if we ever feel like we don’t have enough time, the first place to look isn’t outside—it’s inside. We have to ask ourselves: Am I being a good steward of my time?

Because the 3-for-1 principle isn’t just about gaining time it’s about stewarding it well.

When we do that when we align our time, our talents, and our relationships with a clear vision—everything begins to connect. And when we connect our vision with others, something powerful happens: we accomplish far more together than we ever could alone. That’s the real return.

When I was 19 years old, engaged to be married, my mom said to me, “Mark, you come from very strong work ethic families on both sides, and you’re on steroids. I’m concerned that you’ll become a work alcoholic and not give your wife and

children the time they need. Just remember, Mark, I’ve never met someone on their deathbed who said they wished they had spent more time working.”

Mark asked his mother if he could ask a question. Mark asked, “Mom, have you ever seen someone on their deathbed who said they had spent enough time with their family?”

Mark’s mom said she had not.

Mark then responded with something that changed his life forever. He said, “So, Mom, I think what you are saying is that no matter how much time I spend with my wife and children, it will never be enough.”

Mark realized at the age of 19 that he needed to live a life of intention. At 27, eight years after Mark’s mom shared that with him, Mark created the foundation for ActionVISION, which became the #1 product/service line for one of the nine companies he now owns.

Mark is fond of sharing, “When your life vision is larger than death, you heal quickly and change the world.”

When we know our life vision, why we were created, put on this planet, even if we work 15-hour days, we still have more energy at the end of the day than at the beginning.

Mark’s life vision is: “To touch every single person in the world, one person at a time, and make a huge difference in every area of their life in a fun and exciting way.” And “Yes,” that’s 8+ billion people, and he’s known that since he was eight years old.

Video #4: 5 Freedom Fighters ~ (9 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/30day/TMFF/

The next natural law we need to understand and apply is what I call The Five Time Management Freedom Fighters.

There are essentially six ways we can approach any task: we can do it ourselves or apply one or more of the five time-management freedom fighters—Delegate, Systematize, Contract out, Hire someone, or Partner with someone.

If we do everything ourselves, we limit our scalability to our own time. But when we apply these principles, we begin to multiply our capacity and create more freedom.

1. Delegation is one of the most powerful tools. It’s not about giving away tasks you don’t care about—it’s about allowing someone else to do something they enjoy or are better suited for, while freeing you to focus on what you do best. True delegation creates energy for both sides and allows more to be accomplished together.

2. Systematization is equally powerful, especially in today’s world of technology. Systems allow your work to continue even when you’re not present. In a sense, you can be impacting others while doing something completely different. That’s the power of building processes that can reproduce your efforts and extend your reach.

3. Contracting Out and 4. Hiring Others takes this even further. When you can pass work to someone else, you not only free up your time you create opportunities for others. As your responsibilities grow, so does your ability to involve more people, ultimately expanding your impact and creating value beyond yourself.

5. Partnering with others brings everything together through synergy. When individuals combine their strengths, the result is greater than what any one person could achieve alone. When visions align and people work together intentionally, the collective output multiplies.

The reality is that many of us hold on to tasks we should not keep doing. But if we want more time, we must learn to release, delegate, and build around others. By applying the five time management freedom fighters, we begin to expand our capacity, increase our effectiveness, and create space to focus on what truly matters. When combined with the 3-for-1 principle, these natural laws multiply both our time and our impact.

Video #5: The 5 H’s To Success ~ (7 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/5h/

The 3-for-1 principle is not just an idea—it’s the result of multiple natural laws working together. If we truly want to gain three hours of value for every one hour we invest, we must understand and apply these laws consistently. When we do, that’s when we begin to experience the return, gaining more time in the future.

The first of these is what I call the five H’s: Hope. Head. Heart. Hands. Helping others.

It starts with Hope—the belief that it’s possible. Many people struggle with the 3-for-1 principle because it doesn’t seem logical. After all, we all have the same 24 hours in a day. But as thinkers like Napoleon Hill and Henry Ford taught, belief is where everything begins. If we believe we can create more time value, we can. If you believe we can’t, we won’t.

The second H is Head—knowledge. Belief alone isn’t enough. You must learn how to apply the principles. Just as hope alone won’t make someone a brain surgeon, hope alone won’t create more time. Understanding the “how” is essential.

The third is the Heart—your vision and purpose. This is what drives you to stay committed, even when it’s difficult. Often, gaining more time requires short-term sacrifice for long-term gain.

Without a clear vision, it’s easy to give up when things get

uncomfortable. The short video, “3 Feet From Gold,” helps us to understand that we could be so very close to success, and if we are willing to ask the right people for input, that can make the difference between having more time/money and not being successful in that.

The fourth is Hands taking action. Nothing happens without execution. This is where we apply what we know—building systems, making decisions, and following through. Whether it’s delegating, systematizing, or partnering, action is what turns principles into results.

And finally, the fifth H is Helping others—the multiplier.

When you help others grow, think, and succeed, something powerful happens. You gain new ideas, new perspectives, and deeper mastery. What you give comes back multiplied. This is where true freedom begins—not just doing more yourself, but expanding through others.

When all five H’s are working together—hope, head, heart, hands, and helping others that’s when the 3-for-1 principle comes to life.

It may not happen overnight. But with consistency and commitment, the return is real: more time, more impact, and more freedom.

Video #6: The 7 T’s to Stewardship ~ (5 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/30day/5t/

How are you doing with the 3-for-1 principle? Are you starting to see progress? If you are, that’s great. If you’re not, don’t get discouraged. Anything worthwhile takes time. The key is to stay consistent and keep applying the principles.

NOTE: At the time of this podcast recording, there were five T’s. Mark has discovered two more since then. One of the most important natural laws behind the 3-for-1 principle is what Mark calls the seven T’s of stewardship:

Time. Talents. Treasure. Trust. Truth. Temple. Thought.

1. Time is the foundation. When we are good stewards of our time, we are given more of it—because we use it wisely. The same is true with other people’s time. If we respect and value it, we’ll be trusted with more opportunities. If we waste time ours or others’ we begin to lose it.

2. Talents are the gifts we’ve been given—our strengths, abilities, and even qualities like kindness, drive, or leadership. When we develop and use our talents well, they grow. And when we recognize and appreciate others' talents, we attract even more of them into our lives.

3. Treasure is our financial stewardship. When we manage resources wisely, more tends to follow. Like all natural laws, this doesn’t always happen immediately it works more like planting a seed than flipping a switch. Over time, what we consistently manage well begins to multiply.

4. Trust is built through relationships. If we want more meaningful connections both in quantity and quality we have to look inward first. Are we being good stewards of the relationships we already have? When we invest in people and build trust, relationships grow naturally.

5. Truth may be the most challenging. Growth requires honesty—especially when it’s uncomfortable. When we become defensive, we stop learning. But when we stay open to feedback, even criticism, we create space for real growth. If people feel safe telling us the truth, we continue to improve. If not, we stay stuck.

6. Temple is our physical body. If we eat well, get consistently good sleep, and exercise, we will have a healthy body. A healthy body helps us get more done in less time, giving us more time and higher-quality time with all that we have.

7. Thought is our mind. How well do we steward our minds, our thoughts? Do we waste time/energy on thoughts that don’t get us anywhere? Do we have stress or anxiety about things we have no control over? In many ways, this “T” may be the most important as it governs all the other “T’s” and is what governs our mental health.

The 3-for-1 principle comes to life when we consistently apply these five areas of stewardship.

Because what we manage well, we receive more of.

When we steward our time, talents, treasure, trust, truth, temple, and thought with intention, we don’t just gain more time we increase the quality of our time and the depth of our impact.

And as we help others grow, we grow right alongside them.

That’s where the real return happens.

Video #7: The NEXT Dimension ~ (7 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/30day/NextDim/

What’s a higher number—a 2 or a 9?

Most people would say a 9. But not necessarily.

It depends on the dimension.

This is what Mark calls the next dimension principle. In any area of life—business, income, relationships, or personal growth—we move through levels of proficiency from 1 to 10. But when we reach a 10, we don’t stop—we break through into a new dimension… and start back at 1 again.

That’s why people often say, “The more I know, the more I realize how much I don’t know.” Growth expands awareness.

In business, for example, each new level—$50,000, $100,000, $250,000, $500,000, $1 million, and beyond—represents a new dimension. And each dimension requires new thinking, new skills, and new behaviors.

To grow through these levels effectively, we need different types of coaching at different stages:

● 1 to 2.5 – Cheerleader: Encouragement and belief. At this stage, it seems we don’t do most things well.

● 2.5 to 5 – Teacher: Learning the rules of the next level. What worked before won’t work here.

● 5 to 7.5 – Coach: Accountability and discipline. We know what to do, for the most part—we just need to do it.

● 7.5 to 10 – Navy Seal: Precision and refinement. This is where excellence is developed.

A “10” is not perfection—it’s mastery of that dimension. And once we reach it, we break through and begin again at a higher level.

This principle is essential to the 3-for-1 mindset. If we want to double or triple our productivity—if we want to multiply our time truly we must be willing to grow into new dimensions.

Because each new level requires a new version of us.

Sometimes that means being encouraged. Sometimes it means being taught. And sometimes it means being pushed beyond our comfort zone by people who often see more in us than we do.

The breakthrough happens when we don’t settle—when we keep pushing toward mastery, knowing it’s not the end, but the doorway to something greater.

That’s where new levels of time, freedom, and impact are found.

Video #8: The 80/20 Rule ~ (2 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/80-20/

Most of us have heard of the 80/20 rule sometimes called the 90/10 or even 3/97 principle.

At its core, it’s simple: a small percentage of our effort produces the majority of our results. Typically, 20% of what we do creates 80% of the outcomes.

This natural law is a key driver behind the 3-for-1 principle.

If we can clearly identify the 20% of activities that produce the greatest results, and then focus on repeating, refining, and multiplying those activities, something powerful happens we increase our effectiveness without increasing our time.

In fact, when we double down on the right 20%, we can dramatically grow our results while actually reducing wasted effort. Instead of trying to do everything, we become intentional about doing what matters most.

That’s where time begins to multiply.

The challenge isn’t understanding the 80/20 rule—it’s applying it. It requires us to step back and honestly evaluate how we spend our time:

● What activities are producing the greatest results?

● What am I doing that creates the most value?

● What could I eliminate, delegate, or reduce?

When we start asking those questions, patterns become clear.

The 80/20 principle teaches us that more effort isn’t the answer—better focus is.

And when we combine that focus with the other natural laws behind the 3-for-1 principle, we begin to see the real return: more impact, more efficiency, and ultimately, more time.

Video #9: The 5/30 Grid ~ (5 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/30day/530grid/

How are you progressing with the natural laws behind the 3-for-1 principle?

This isn’t something we can approach casually. It requires discipline, sacrifice, and consistency—through the five H’s, the five T’s, and the other principles we’ve explored.

One of the most powerful—yet simple—frameworks is what I call the 5-30 Grid.

Every business, organization, or even personal production system can be broken down into five key areas:

● Area 1: Marketing – How do you generate more, better, and stronger leads?

● Area 2: Pre-Sales – What happens when someone shows interest?

● Area 3: Sales – Converting opportunities into a “yes” or a “no.”

● Area 4: Service – Delivering value—and ideally turning it into a profit center.

● Area 5: Client for Life – Creating long-term, ongoing connections.

Think of these as five pipes in a pipeline.

If we want to double our results—whether it’s income, impact, or growth—we must increase the capacity of all five pipes because our weakest link always limits our results.

We may already have four areas working well. But if one pipe is smaller than the rest, it will restrict your overall growth.

That’s where the “30” comes in.

Within each of the five areas are multiple levels of proficiency, creating 30 areas of focus in total. Together,

they form a complete system for identifying where to improve and how to grow.

What makes this powerful is that it applies everywhere—any industry, any size, any product or service. The framework stays the same.

And when you combine this with collaboration, the results multiply even further.

As thinkers like Napoleon Hill emphasized, when people come together in a coordinated way—sharing ideas, strengths, and vision the outcome is far greater than individual effort alone.

That’s where the 3-for-1 principle can expand even further.

Not just three-for-one but exponential returns.

When we align our efforts, apply these natural laws, and work together toward a shared vision, we accomplish far more in far less time.

If you are on the ActionVISION coaching system, your ActionVISION coaching team will help you and everyone around you learn to apply everything in this booklet.

That’s the true power behind it all.

Video #10: Personality Masteries ~ (6 minutes)

http://dnaforlife-laws.com/30day/pm/

One of the most important elements of the 3-for-1 principle is Personality Mastery.

Take a moment and ask yourself two simple questions:

1. Which shape do you naturally prefer: a cube, a pyramid, a wavy line, or a ball?

2. What frustrates you most: things not being done properly, things being out of control, things being boring, or conflict with others?

These answers point to four primary personality types:

● Cube – Analytical

● Pyramid – Driver

● Wavy Line – Expressive

● Ball – Amiable

Understanding your personality and the personalities of others—is critical to gaining more time and effectiveness.

Each personality has a greatest strength, which is also its greatest weakness when overused.

Analytical (Cube ~ Out of Order)

Strength: Precision, accuracy, doing things right.

Challenge: Overthinking, perfectionism, slow decision-making.

Time Insight: Avoid “majoring in the minors.” Focus on what truly matters and take action sooner.

Driver (Pyramid ~ Out of Control)

Strength: Decisiveness, action, results.

Challenge: Moving too fast, impatience, overlooking details, or people.

Time Insight: Slow down enough to bring others with you this saves time in the long run.

Expressive (Wavy Line ~ Boring / Not Fun)

Strength: Energy, enthusiasm, ability to inspire others.

Challenge: Lack of structure, chasing too many ideas.

Time Insight: Pair energy with a clear plan to turn momentum into results.

Amiable (Ball ~ Conflict)

Strength: Concern, compassion for people

Challenge: Avoiding conflict, difficulty making tough decisions.

Time Insight: Balance compassion with clarity to prevent delays and indecision.

There’s also a fifth type—the Chameleon—someone who relates to all styles.

Strength: Flexibility.

Challenge: Inconsistency.

Time Insight: Learn when it’s best to use each of the various personality energies we have.

Over Time Insights

● Our personality can either multiply our time or quietly drain it.

● When we understand our natural tendencies, we can adjust. When we understand others, we can communicate and collaborate more effectively.

● And that’s where the real power shows up.

● Because the 3-for-1 principle isn’t just about how we work—it’s about how we work with people.

● When we align strengths, reduce friction, and communicate in a way that others receive best, everything speeds up. Projects move faster. Relationships strengthen. Results multiply.

● That’s when we begin to see the true return: more time, more connection, and more impact.

New insights the 2nd time through. (Day 20)

New insights the 3rd time through. (Day 30)

Now... if you have read through this whole White Paper, you are in the top 25% of people, as you not only recognize that you have a time challenge but also believe there might be a solution you are just about to discover. Nice work!

The challenge is that even being in the top 25% doesn’t give you much more benefit than being in the bottom 75%, because at this level of success, you MUST take action and follow through 100%.

To be in the top 10%, you will need to watch one video a day for 10 days.

The top 3%, by the way, will typically accomplish more than the other 97% of people . . . combined. To be in the top 3%, you must watch these 10 videos 3 times over the next 30 days. You can actually tell how disciplined someone is... how much they really want to change, to have more time, by how many videos they go through. You’ll gain some benefit from going through any of the videos.

You won’t gain those extra 20 hours a week unless you watch each video 3 times over the next 30 days.

If... you accomplish this and would like a complimentary coaching session on “What’s next...,” call Nora at (260) 818-0233. If you don’t think you can meet even the simple requirement of averaging 6 minutes of disciplined time each day for 30 days, and believe you need some help, give us a call, and we’ll let you know whether we can help.

The 30 Day Challenge . . .

The first time we go through the ten videos, we can fly through them pretty fast and easily. (Days 1 to 10) The second and third times we go through the ten videos (Days 11 to 20), we’ll gain the most value by sharing our “Reflections”/manage Up/Out with others. When we bring value to many other people (Days 21 to 30), it will open additional business opportunities for us and for those we are connected with. The following format will help us to create something that will start to give us back additional time.

Q&A ~ Question & Answer

Q1: What if I feel it’s not working?

Answer: It took Mark three months for it to really kick in. Just because we feel something is or isn’t work doesn’t mean that is the reality. Trust the integrity and continue to do it. Of course, hmmm... did you actually go through the 30 days in a row, or did you stop or start and stop? Most people do not have the discipline to do 6 minutes a day. It’s not a time issue... but a discipline issue. As we learn to Think Differently we become more disciplined, and the more disciplined we are, the more it will work for us.

Q2: I went through 30 days, never missing... It’s still not working!

Answer: Is it working at all? Are you saving any time?

Have you had a 30-minute Strategy Session (30 MSS)? You can go online at https://synergytools.net/md3/SurveyLink.aspx or call Nora Fry at 260-350-8014 to set an appointment.

Another suggestion, after you take the above suggestion, there is something Mark did while he was in college, where he blocked an entire semester 24/7. He followed that time block like crazy. He was newly married, working a full-time job, had 18 credit hours for his finance degree (really hard classes for me), volunteered and participated in community groups . . . AND . . started a couple of companies. :) He did an amazing job that semester, and the next semester he only took 15 credit hours of easy classes, didn’t time-block, and didn’t get as good grades. Mark discovered that having more on his plate often requires greater discipline, and not only does he get more done, but he also has far less stress.

Q3: It’s WORKING! :-) How do I get others to do this as well?

Answer: Ok... that’s really hard. Strangely, roughly ⅓ of people say they have time issues, and almost 100% of their biggest challenges are connected to time... people complain about wanting more time... but most people actually won’t do anything to fix it. Share this video with them. www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6TGyjFDNu0

There is a project called The LEVERAGE project that would help a great deal. Talk to Nora Fry at 260-350-8014 for additional information on how it has helped her in all areas of life.

The LEVERAGE Project

“The Magical Arts of POSITIVE Motivation & Manipulation.”

Being part of this project and this group of people helps us better understand how NOT to HELP people, but how to move them toward self-HEALING. You can lead a horse to water . . . but you can’t make them drink . . . BUT . . . you can put salt in their oats. The key is to understand what “salt in their oats” means to each person around you.

The Crazy Dancing Man video ~ click here ~ will help you see what can happen when creating a movement.

Q4: It’s working for myself and others . . . now what?

Answer: First off . . . CONGRATULATION . . . we’re so excited for you! Now is when it gets fun. Do you want to earn more money, do you want to invest more time into relationships, into yourself, into a hobby, something fun, vacations, travel, spirituality, helping others... achieving your life vision? What do you want to do?
