The selection of hyperaccumulative plants that can absorb major nuclear elements .Mangroves can purify nuclear waste in the soil and ocean.

Connects the quay to the main memorial spaces forming a winding, circular touring route

On the basis of the first layer of terrain, the raised and sunken terrains and Hyperaccumulation plants are combined to purify nuclear pollution and create a memorial landscape

To prevent hurricane and sea level rising from damage the dome, it was covered by terrain to stop taking nuclear waste into the sea
