Main St. Lexington, KY 40507 fayettecountyclerk.com Determine the intended use of the ADU and whether it can comply with the following requirements: • Property owner must reside in either the principal dwelling or the ADU • Maximum of two persons and any related children may live in the ADU • Conditional Use Permit is required for ADUs to serve as short-term rentals
