We agree on flights, gather individual travel requirements, arrange group & single transfers, issue confirmations, and provide travel support on-site.

We'll ensure your guests are set up with appropriate accommodation, based on your criteria, such as venue proximity ACCOMMODATION

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our project managers arrive the day before your attendees, providing reassurance that everything is ready for registration desks, congress packs, and dinner reservations. They will assist throughout the duration of the congress and depart after the last attendee

Following your successful congress, we’ll produce full Transfer of Value reporting, and a project close-down call will be arranged.

PRE-EVENT SCOPING AND REPORTING CONSULTANCY

We get to know your event and provide a detailed carbon footprint report.

We provide tailored & achievable steps to lower your footprint, with details of how many tonnes would be saved if undertaken

POST-EVENT FINAL FOOTPRINT

After the event, you'll be provided with a final report, and we can discuss next steps and future events.

CARBON OFFSETTING

We can also offset your event with our portfolio of VCS Certified projects These include projects which avoid or remove carbon from the atmosphere, such as decarbonising electricity grids, reducing deforestation, improving the efficiency of energy and sequestering carbon.

The carbon footprint for an event attendee can be as much as a tonne per person. That's the same as driving nearly 4,000 miles! The good news is that you can measure your footprint, set goals, and reduce it with carbon consultancy.
