Athletic and recreational facilities typically cost eight to ten times the price of new construction. To address the challenges of minimizing operational costs while maximizing facility usage, multi-functional spaces, and potential revenue streams; colleges, universities, and communities must align themselves with subject matter experts to successfully achieve their long-term athletic/ recreation/wellness vision.
As a full-service team of planners, architects, engineers, interior designers, and construction administrators, we have
delivered hundreds of sports/recreational/wellness projects for communities and all NCAA divisions nationwide.
Our energetic, forward-thinking approach promotes training, learning, research, recreation, competition, and most importantly teamwork.
