The pure power of water in a recognised place of power: the Simme has seven springs – seven places that give the water of the river in the Bernese Oberland its energy. ‘7sources’ is therefore also the name of our wellness oasis at the Lenkerhof gourmet spa resort.
Effective training increases strength, stamina and concentration. It also makes you look healthy and helps you to reduce stress. The entertainment equipment on our machines also contributes to this: The cardio machines are equipped with a TV and iPod docking station. Our fitness room is equipped by Technogym with various cardio and strength training machines as well as a training bench with free weights. Our gym therefore offers the ideal environment for strength, endurance and functional training.

On more than 2,000m2, everything revolves around rest and relaxation for you: be it in the bathing area with panoramic outdoor pool, which is embedded in the unique Lenk landscape, or in the sauna area with textile and textile-free area. Each of our exclusive spa offers and signature treatments with specially developed massage oils made from local ingredients are carefully designed to revitalise body and mind. Drinking sulphur water, which comes from our own spring and can be consumed at our in-house fountain, is said to have many health benefits. You are invited to experience physical and mental harmony and feel the power of spring water. Water, the source of all life, which encourages you to linger, relax and reflect.
