On behalf of the entire Lemon Bay Golf Club membership and golf staff team, we cordially welcome you to the 3rd Annual Talon Cup. We are delighted to have you in this year’s tournament and look forward to a memorable weekend of competition and camaraderie.
We would especially like to welcome our guests who have come from near and far. This is a premier event of our men’s golf season and we look forward to hosting you over the course of the next three days. We hope you have a wonderful visit and return in future years.

The shootout will be set up as a par 3 on the 18th hole, teams will play a true alternate shot format There will be no strokes and three different distances based on a total individual handicap. Players with handicaps 0-9 play from 175 yards, handicaps 10-19 play from 160 yards and handicaps 20 or higher play from 145 yards. The team with the lowest score will be the shootout winner In the event of a tie, we will go back and repeat the process. You must alternate which player tees off in the event of a playoff. If there is no winner after 3 rounds there will be a chip off One player from each team will chip, closest to the pin will be the winner If needed, a putt off will determine 2nd and 3rd place.
The Putting Contest and Swing 75 are open to all players and will take place Thursday evening following golf

9-hole 2-person true alternate shot par 3
Player “A” hits the tee shots on odd holes, Player “B” hits the tee shot on even holes. After the tee shot, alternate players until the ball is holed out.

Handicaps will be 40% of the team's total, with a maximum course handicap of 9 per team for 9 holes.
