Your invoice will be emailed to your account email that you registered with at the end of the sale day . Invoices are due upon receipt at the end of the sale

If you fail to receive an invoice, please check your SPAM & JUNK folders

You can also view and print all your outstanding and paid invoices at anytime by logging into your account and clicking on the “MY INVOICES” tab .

In person payments by Cheque, Cash, Debit, & Credit Card are welcomed at our Brandon office during regular business hours

Note: Cheques of $50,000 or more must be accompanied by bank letter of good standing.

Bank Wire Transfer:

Account info to complete a Bank Wire will appear on your invoice .

Take a cheque to any CIBC Branch:

Make cheques payable to “Fraser Auction Service Ltd” and take to any CIBC location and ask them to deposit it directly into our account . Instructions and account info will appear on your invoice .

All purchased items are to be picked-up and removed from sale sites within 7 days of the sale . Arrangements for more time for trucking of large items can be made by contacting the sellers directly at the numbers listed on sale website and discussing options .
