In the heart of Madrid’s financial district, in the Azca area, LOOM Events has opened an innovative venue spanning 2,800 sqm, designed to host large-scale events with a capacity of up to 1,000 people, featuring a strong experiential and audiovisual component.

This new 210 sqm marquee becomes a digital canvas integrated into a dynamic roof, made of backlit stretch fabric. It features over 32,000 RGBW P82 pixels, carefully distributed and mapped to ensure flawless reproduction of the images designed specifically for this space.

The LED display becomes a digital and artistic canvas with a total area of 32m2, whose main function of the screen will be that of a digital informative and entertainment medium. This screen has a pixel pitch of 4,8mm outside and a powerful brightness that allows you to see it perfectly, both day and night
Technologically, the facade extends the LED display in a game of synchrony and contrast, expanding the video content of the screen on occasions, and contrasting with color ranges and lighting on others The perimeter lighting of the stands works synchronized and in chromatic and movement consonance with the façade, filling the space with light and color, especially when daylight falls, creating a warm atmosphere.

The objective of this comprehensive work was to create a space for innovation and high standing to present the latest products from the Roca and Armani brands, aimed at users and/or professionals who share their interest and motivation for the design of the bathroom space and comfort. In the home.

ORGANIC COMPOSITION

The lighting sculpture, visible both from inside and outside the building thanks to the new curtain wall, is made up of 150 Vlit model luminaires in the WWA version, which have a double diffusion surface to hide the point of light. Their high resolution allows them to make smooth and fluid light transitions
The WWA color format makes it possible to cover any shade of white, from the cold 5500K to the warm amber and orange tones. The most interesting thing about this installation is that it does not translate the concept of water into the typical blue or turquoise colors but through the gold colors of Klimt's work.

As a benchmark for nightlife and its constant renewal, it has implemented an exclusive state-of-the-art digital and robotic lighting system, thus creating a spectacular, interactive, and very creative space, taking into account an exclusive decoration that has given a "soul" to the rooms. walls.

PARAMETRIC DIGITAL CEILING
The ceiling is made up of 96 luminaires developed parametrically from the design of a base cellular pattern. The front diffusers are made from translucent matte black acrylic making pixels invisible when off and improving color reproduction with as little light pollution as possible.

The concept proposes a trapezoidal articulated digital surface with content designed and programmed specifically for this type of pattern.
CONCEPT
This "Blocks" concept draws organic surfaces from parametric design. This technique is characterized above all by minimalism and its originality in design, in which it is preferred to choose points of light that do not overload the room too much.
The design solves given input patterns, automating the modulation and cutting of the installation for its manufacture by CNC cutting

On this occasion, renowned lighting designer Maurici Ginés delights us with his brilliance in creating and designing two luminous artistic sculptures, which you can enjoy at two of Barcelona's most iconic destinations: at the Christmas Fair of the Sagrada Familia and the Three Kings Fair on Gran Vía street.
Artec Studio Lighting Design Studio led the design and concept of the luminous artistic sculptures. Lumalia Studio has been responsible for the manufacturing, installation, assembly, and commissioning of both sculptures These luminous artistic sculptures are inspired by children's puzzle games, featuring large-scale geometric shapes.
Inspired by the symbols of children’s gifts and the revered Three Wise Men, two monumental structures resembling playful puzzle pieces (a square and a pentagon) that come to life stand as artistic sculptures of wishes and joy.

During the 2023 Off Llum Barcelona Festival, the heart of Barcelona's Westfield Glòries shopping center hosted a luminous artistic experience celebrating love and interaction among people. A luminous artwork that captured the attention of passersby and created a luminous landmark in this monumental space.
The installation was based on the structure of the cozy sculpture designed by Javier Mariscal, which abstractly reminded us of a heart. Maurici Ginés, the artist behind this piece, transformed this sculpture into a luminous artwork that pulsed with light and sound as people walked underneath it.

Design, Art & Innovation in Madrid (Concept: Light over the Mediterranean at Conde Duque)

Our Sea Vibrates is a light artwork by Maurici Ginés that evokes a fragmented vision of sunrise and the reflection of the sun on the Mediterranean Sea. The art of light was presented at 'Luz Madrid 2021' (Madrid Light Festival) and was made possible through the collaboration of Grupo Simón, the promoter of the work.
The sun's reflection over the Mediterranean Sea takes center stage in Our Sea Vibrates by Maurici Ginés at the South Patio of the Conde Duque Contemporary Culture Center. This creation immerses visitors in an intimate connection with the sea through synchronized light, color, and sound.
