LECOM Announces Grand Opening of Ambulatory Surgery Center LECOM held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Oct. 15 for its new Ambulatory Surgery Center, located at 5202 Peach St. in Erie. This facility offers same-day procedures and faster recovery without the need for a hospital stay.
