Toboggan runs

Keen winter sports enthusiasts can test their skills against likeminded racers on numerous giant slalom courses or hone their personal best times at one of the speed checks. Selected tracks are equipped with Skimovie systems, filming racers from start to finish.
With thrilling natural toboggan runs, evening sledging through snow-draped forests and much more, the toboggan runs at Arlberg deliver lively fun for the whole family and a perfect complement to skiing and snowboarding.

Toboggan runs: St. Anton: a 4.2 km illuminated natural toboggan run to Nasserein, open daily from 12 noon to 4.15 pm. Tip: Fun and excitement plus a hearty stopover every Tuesday and Thursday during the tobogganing evening from Gampen down to the valley. • Oberlech-Lech: a 1.2 km illuminated and snow-covered toboggan run from Oberlech to Lech, open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. Bobsleighs available for hire at the Bergbahn Oberlech cable car. • Warth: toboggan run at Dorfbahn. Toboggan rental at the valley station. Weekly evening tobogganing as per notices and website.

Experience Skiing History The RUN of FAME spans 85 kilometres and 18,000 metres of elevation, making it the longest continuous ski circuit in the Alps. It winds over the Arlberg, Flexen and Hochtannberg passes, dedicated to the pioneers and stars who left their mark on Arlberg.

Pure indulgence awaits at the numerous dining establishments scattered across the ski resort, offering an impressive variety of culinary delights – from regional treats to international dishes and gourmet cuisine.
Ski buses in St. Anton/St. Jakob, as well as in Pettneu, Schnann and Flirsch, are marked with line numbers. In Lech and Zürs, blue local buses operate. These buses, along with the WarthSchröcken ski bus (between Schröcken-Unterboden and WarthLechleiten) and the Lechtal ski bus, are free to use with a valid ski ticket for the purpose of alpine skiing.
At the heart of the RUN of FAME lies the HALL of FAME, where skiing history comes alive. One highlight is an interactive pursuit called the HUNT of FAME.
Please note: Yellow Postbus buses between St. Anton/St. Christoph (free for part of the route) and Lech Zürs are subject to a fee. Sonnenkopf: A free ski bus runs several times daily from Stuben am Arlberg to the Sonnenkopf cable car valley station and back.

Safety on the slopes The safety of all winter sports enthusiasts is the top priority. Everyone should therefore be familiar with the key piste rules (FIS rules). In addition, boards with the headling Check Your Risk offer important information on avalanche danger, safety tips, and avalanche transceiver checkpoint.

Summer variety in Arlberg
The Ski Arlberg Ski Ticket is your key to a personal winter adventure in Arlberg. Ski tickets can be purchased quickly and conveniently online. If you already have a chip card, you can simply top it up in the webshop and use it straight away – with no extra detour. Newly purchased tickets can be collected from numerous vending machines and pick-up boxes throughout the ski resort. Ski tickets are, of course, also available at the cash desks and vending machines on site.
For those looking to combine sporty activities with pure enjoyment in summer, Arlberg is the perfect destination. Countless hiking trails, crystal-clear mountain lakes and exquisite cuisine invite you to linger – as do swimming pools and golf courses in stunning locations. A special highlight in summer is the Arlberg Trail, spanning 43 kilometres with over 6,000 metres of elevation. Over three days, it winds through three stages across the five distinctive villages of Lech, Zürs, Stuben, St. Anton and St. Christoph. Thanks to the cable cars, the route is comfortably manageable – leaving plenty of time for tranquil mountain moments, breathtaking panoramas and delightful culinary experiences along the trail.
