Aleda Connect was created to provide unique collaborative opportunities for leaders at the top of their fields. We connect a small but diverse group of successful leaders who understand the challenges of high-level leadership. With them, they bring their willingness to share, learn and grow. Aleda Connect provides a supportive, confidential environment where creativity and connection are made.

Aleda Facilitators The Aleda facilitators meet with you to learn more about you and your leadership journey. From there, they create an environment for optimal learning and immediate impact. Using their coaching and facilitation skills, they prompt engaging discussion and ensure the experience is seamless, inclusive and inspiring.

Process
What does an Aleda Connect cycle look like? • Assessment – learn about yourself as a leader in your current environment • Analysis – use feedback to uncover key opportunities to learn and grow, while amplifying strengths • Learn and reflect – understand the key dimensions of successful leadership and how they apply to you • Exploration of topics – dive into issues, challenges and themes co-created by group members • Peer exchange – share real-time, cross-industry experiences, strategies and hacks applicable to various environments • Action planning – implement positive change in your world • Inspirational moments – connect with others via anecdotal experience, support, and resources that ignite curiosity • Professional development – boost your talents, skills and impact as a leader • Reflection – evaluate all you’ve learned with a future focus
Number of meetings, how frequently, what happens at these meetings… — Aleda Connect is a 12-month program. The first eight sessions are held every two weeks, with sessions continuing every five weeks from there — Meeting duration is 1 hour 15 minutes — Each Aleda Connect group includes 5-6 participants — Facilitators work to ensure sessions are held at a time that fits with your schedule — Sessions are conducted via Microsoft Teams
