CLASS OF 2026
DUBLIN
PROGRAM RECAP
Where Collaboration Becomes Community
Each Leadership Georgia program invites participants to step into a community and experience leadership in action. In Dublin, Georgia, the Class of 2026 encountered a place where collaboration is more than a strategy, it is the foundation of growth. Across three days in Laurens County, participants explored Collaborative Leadership, by focusing on how leaders from business, government, healthcare, education, and civic organizations work together to address complex challenges, strengthen their community, and expand opportunity. From economic development and workforce partnerships to cultural storytelling and community celebration, Dublin demonstrated how shared leadership drives meaningful progress. “Our goal was two-fold: help the class gain a lasting appreciation for Dublin and Laurens County, and equip them with collaborative principles to apply back home. We’re confident the Jason and Lindsey first was achieved and early signs say the second may exceed Faircloth, Dublin all expectations. It’s been a true blessing to help connect this Program Chairs incredible community with such a dynamic class!"
