Six Staff. Thousands Served. One Mission: Keeping Lakewood Strong.

Pantry & Home Delivery
Access to emergency food is vital for community stability and individual well-being. When families face financial hardship, emergency food ensures they don’t have to choose between eating and paying rent or utilities.
Our two food delivery drivers make deliveries to 3,900 individuals in 1,150 households every month. That means 13,800 emergency food deliveries each year.

Hunger lives closer than you think.

Homelessness Prevention
Stable housing is the foundation of a strong, resilient community. When families remain safely housed, children stay in school, parents maintain employment, and neighbors stay connected.
This year LCSC’s housing programs have prevented 387 Lakewood residents in 175 households from the crisis and upheaval of eviction.

Integrated Support for a Stronger Lakewood
At Lakewood Community Services Center, our Emergency Food Home Delivery, Case Management, and Homelessness Prevention programs work together to stabilize vulnerable households and strengthen community sustainability.
Together, these programs keep families housed, nourished, and connected - building a stronger, more resilient Lakewood.

The need continues to grow.
Funding to support our programs is more uncertain than ever. That is why LCSC is asking you to give and give generously. Your gift will help ease the uncertainty facing so many in our community.
