This publication specifies the rights, responsibilities and expectations for student behavior in school. LCPS encourages students and parents to read and discuss these “Student Rights and Responsibilities” (SR&R) with each other, and with school personnel if you have any questions. The Loudoun County School Board adopted these rights, responsibilities and expectations to help ensure and enhance a positive, healthy and safe teaching and learning environment, free from disruption. The School Board’s Policy Manual, which provides additional detail, is available on the LCPS website.
