LEED CREDITS X Series waste and recycling bins can help customers achieve the following Commercial Interiors LEED credits: - MR Credit 4.1 and 4.2 – Recycled Content – steel components are recyclable. See our product content listings for pre/post consumer rates. - MR Credit 5.1 – Regional Materials – depends on product location, but the steel used to manufacture the bins is produced in Ontario and is 100% recyclable. - EQ Credit 4.5 – Low Emitting Materials, Furniture and Furnishings – we used powder coat paints that are free of hazardous air pollutants, VOC’s and do not generate hazardous waste.
