SETZ is ergonomically contoured for remarkable comfort in perforated steel. Seat with frame, frame with arms, arms with seat - all may be colour mixed or colour matched to choice. With minimum of floor contact points, SETZ can support eight seats on only four legs - a bonus in terms of cleaning and providing a clear view of the underside for security. SETZ is available in single side units from two to five seat places, or in double sided (back-toback) units of two to four seat places per side. End tables and intermediate tables are available for both single row or back-to-back type. With the use of concealed connectors, SETZ units may be joined to form virtually unlimited rows of seat places. The tubular steel frame may be free standing, floor mounted (internal concealed floor connection) or wall mounted in single rows. SETZ is available in environmentally sensitive electro-statically applied powder coatings in a wide range of colours.

FEATURES POST AND BEAM construction ensures unparalleled strength and stability. All of the stress is supported along the beams which run across the back of the unit and across the front of the seat. FLEXIBILITY is found in the variety of configurations; back-to-back, single row, up to 8 seats and only four points to the floor, free standing, floor mounted, wall mounted, with or without arms, full or partial upholstery. TABLES are available for the single row or to extend across the double row. MAINTENANCE is eased by minimal points to the floor. This design will allow up to five seats in a single row with only four legs or eight seats in the back-to-back configuration. PERFORATED METAL allows units to be easily washed and disinfected for emergency areas. FINISH is electro-statically applied epoxy coatings in a wide range of colours. For outdoor use the metal is zinc plated before epoxy coating.

FRAME SETZ frames are constructed of 63 mm diameter steel tubing of 3 mm minimum thickness supported front and rear on 45 mm tubing appropriately formed and welded to provide maximum support. (10 gauge steel)

SEATS Seats are constructed of 2.5 mm CRS steel having edges flanged and flattened to provide clean edges and required strength. (13 gauge steel).

ARMS Arms are of 45 mm wide x 63 mm thick CRS steel.

UPHOLSTERY Seat and back pads have a ¼” hardwood plywood panel covered with 1” thick urethane foam. Fabric covering is set into a form with the prepared pan and stapled securely after which it is held to the steel seat pans with button head Allen screws into “T” nuts.
