OVERVIEW Designed by
Swave Studio
The inPower™ Bar is a “plug & play” modular counter system designed to provide a functional work surface and charging station for public spaces. The leg panels are equipped with up to 6 inPower™ Flex modules that provide AC and USB charging. Convenient wireless charging devices from Duracell® Powermat can be integrated into the table top. The end panels can be equipped with LED panels for illuminated advertizing. The inPower™ Bar is available with 60” (1525 mm) or 90” (2285 mm) top widths for free-standing or wall mounted applications. The Free-standing tops are 30” (760 mm) wide to provide adequate space to allow as many as 6 users with lap tops, etc to work from both sides and the ends simultaneously. The wall mounted tops are 24” (610 mm) wide to provide work space for up to 4 users used without consuming excessive floor space. inPower™ Bar is available in a variety of finishes and colors.
FEATURES CONSTRUCTION The inPower™ Bar is based on a modular structure. The same leg and top sub–structure components are used to build all versions. The 2 leg versions have 60” (1525 mm) tops and the 3 leg versions have 90” (2285 mm) tops. The overhanging length at the end of the tables was selected to allow inPower™ Bars to be placed end to end and appear as a continuous counter. Each leg is equipped with 2 polished leveling glides. Optionally the glides can have added non-slip rubber bottom surfaces for use on hard floors. Each leg can house an inPower™ Flex power module on each side. Units intended for wall mounting will not have inPower™ Flex modules on the wall side. A bracket is available to attach inPower™ Bar to a wall. The legs can be floor mounted using anchor bolts through the base.
TOPS Table tops for inPower™ Bar are available in all common countertop materials – laminates, solid surface and granite. Customers select the pattern/colour used. Laminates are bonded to 1” (25 mm) MDF. Threaded inserts are used to ensure a durable connection to the inPower™ Bar frame. Solid surface materials are normally ½” (12.7 mm) thick. inPower™ Bar table tops include an additional layer built up along the edges to create the appearance of 1” (25 mm) thickness. Solid surface tops are bonded to a ½” (12.7 mm) MDF substrate equipped with threaded inserts to provide a durable connection to the inPower™ Bar frame. Granite is normally supplied in a ¾” (19 mm) thickness. inPower™ Bar table tops include and additional layer built up along the edges to create the appearance of 1 1/2” (38 mm) thickness. Solid surface tops are bonded to a ½” (12.7 mm) MDF substrate equipped with threaded inserts to provide a durable connection to the inPower™ Bar frame. Tops can be provided with1-6 Duracell® Powermat grommets for wireless charging.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS An inPower™ Bar unit will include a number of inPower™ Flex modules and may include Duracell® Powermat grommets, Powermat power supplies and/or LED light panels with associated power supply. All power entering the inPower™ Bar passes through one of the inPower™ Flex modules. A circuit breaker on this unit will limit the maximum current to 12 Amps. This will prevent the nuisance tripping of the building branch circuit breaker if the inPower™ Bar draws an unexpected high current. All 120VAC devices are approved by NRTL (Nationally Recognized Testing Labs) authorities. Each inPower™ Bar is field inspected/Field Evaluated by inspectors from an NRTL approved to inspect to the NEC (US National Electrical Code) and CEC (Canadian Electrical Code). The inspector will affix labels indicating the successful inspection. Electrical Input 120 VAC, 12 Amp max per table 6 foot power cord equipped with 3-prong plug (NEMA 5-15P) Electrical Outputs 120 VAC 5 Amp max duplex receptacle (NEMA 5-15R) on each inPower™ Flex module 5 VDC 1 Amp max,per USB receptacles on each inPower™ Flex module Wireless 5 VDC charging if Duracell® Powermat grommets installed 12 VDC 5 Amp max if LED panels installed
