Since 1993, we have been developing, producing and distributing collection systems for waste and reusable materials that unite form and function in every detail. For the manufacturing of the containers only high-quality materials are used for fields of application, in which functionality and a robust design are critical yardsticks â€“ without giving up on an appealing design and an unmistakable profile. As required by their location and components, sheets or pipes (of 1.25 to 6 mm thickness) made from stainless steel or rather zinc plated sheet steel are used. Materials that are predestined for continuous use and have to resist enormous strain. Waste and reusable material containers made from high-quality stainless steel are particularly weather resistant, resistant against vandalism, easy to empty and to maintain with customary, non-acidic cleaners. When developing our products we work together closely with experts from the waste management, logistics and fire safety sectors, whose requirements as for efficient handling, security and efficiency are consequently implemented and further developed. On request, we will be glad to talk to you about alternative surfaces (burled, perforated, polished plates, colours, etc.), materials, sizes or requirements. The elegant, functional stainless steel Temptation boxes (Quality 1.4301/AISI 304) High safety standard waste bins are particularly needed for elaborately designed and very busy, roofed public areas like airports, railway stations, fairs, stadiums or hospitals.

A self-extinguishing effect is caused by a combination of funnel-shaped drop openings with sealed metal inner containers. The special internal design does not allow the temperature at and below the casing to rise.

The boxes are operated quickly and easily from above. Contents are visible, rubbish sacks can be exchanged. To empty types FFJ2, FF3 and FF4 the lock has to be released, and the upper part will swing upwards automatically. All the other bins are opened manually. The hot-dip galvanized metal-sheet inner containers are removable for cleaning.

STEEL WALL, a fireproof, solid, inexpensive new model made from stainless steel or galvanized sheet steel, fits into any school corridor or anywhere it can get quite crowded. With a content of 40 l each per fraction, amply dimensioned and easy to handle. After releasing the lock, the upper part will automatically swing upwards. The Temptation wall bins in the standard design line are the right solution for areas, in which space is limited. Due to its flat, galvanized back it can be assembled fast and safely; there is no need for any additional holders. Particularly suitable in corridors and hallways. The legal requirements for the protection of non-smokers in companies, restaurants, etc. are difficult to put into practice. Simple solutions are often impossible by means of structural requirements. In order not to lose any customers, appealing systems are required particularly for extravagantly designed entrances of modern buildings (e.g. airports). An optimal solution is offered by our functional, easy-care and also secure stainless-steel pedestal ashtrays of the Temptation series. The original reusable material bin – a well-known classic They have proven very successful in their long years of being used by the Deutsche Bahn AG (German Rail). Be it as the free-standing variant or as the space saving wall version, be it for covered locations (B models) or for outdoors (R models), different designs from simple collecting with an 80-l volume to waste sorting of up to 4 fractions are fitting for any location. • All visible outer walls are made of stainless steel by default (Quality 1.4301/AISI 304) or on request also of galvanized steel sheets and RAL colour coated. • The galvanized interior liners will slide out far when opening their doors. The waste bags can easily be exchanged now. • All boxes are equipped with an integrated theft-proof ashtray or a flat cover. • Strikingly printed large side plates with those bins featuring information and colourfully marked filling apertures or doors facilitate easy handling for the user.

Proved and tested as for their design, optimally prepared against external force, with a sensational new surface coating – »Wipe, and it’s gone«. The Surface sealing is best comparable with a glass surface that hardly offers any contact surface to any stains. AUWEKO is launching a new line of waste collectors, that will keep their high-quality appearance for years and will reduce the cost of regular cleaning and maintenance tremendously. If sprays / graffiti or stickers cause stains, the new protective finish will help to shorten the cleaning time enormously. »Wipe, and it’s gone« – only with a cloth, and possibly some water: It couldn’t be done any simpler. The Deutsche Bahn AG (German Rail) could also be won over, and they declared KENDO to be the winner in a Europe-wide bidding. In many regions, such as in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Duisburg, the containers have been deployed successfully. The first success stories from railway stations, prone to vandalism, have been sent in.

In addition to the stainless steel models there is the Capital series being nearly identical, also galvanized sheet steel and coated with colour DB 702 by default. These Capital models have also been equipped with: • curved covering as a protection from rain, without any storage surface.
