Do you plan to maintain a similar number of employees over the next five years?
We project to increase to 180 employees in fiscal year 2025-26 based on student enrollment growth. The number changes from year to year. At this point, we would project anywhere from 160 to 200 employees over the next five years depending on enrollment and state funding.
How often is payroll processed and what is the total gross payroll per pay period?
Twice monthly payroll; approximately $475,000 gross pay each pay period.

ORCA current uses ADP HR services and to process semi-monthly payroll.

What specific talent management services does ORCA require in addition to HR and payroll? ORCA currently uses ADP evaluation system
