TERMS OF SALE
• COMMISSION IS PAYABLE ON ALL LOTS SOLD PRIVATELY AFTER HAVING BEEN ENTERED IN THE SALE.
• PAYMENT BY PURCHASERS – Strictly Card, or Cleared Funds prior to items being uplifted from our yard
• All purchases will be subject to a 2% plus VAT buyer's premium on lots sold by auction or by private treaty.
• ALL LOTS SOLD MUST BE DELIVERED TO LANARK SALEYARD BY NOON, THURSDAY 25TH JUNE 2020.
• ALL ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED £10 PLUS VAT SET UP FEE WHICH IS REFUNDABLE ON ALL ITEMS SOLD PAYMENT TO VENDORS
• Sale proceeds will be posted out two weeks after the sale date.
• The Auctioneers act solely as agent between the Vendor and Purchaser and in the event of any dispute or refusal to pay of non-payment on the part of the Purchaser, they may at their discretion, annual and cancel the sale of such Lot/s.
