RAM FERTILITY GUARANTEE
All Rams and Ram Lambs sold are warranted as stockgetters, provided that they are tried to natural service. In the event of any Ram or Ram Lamb, tried to natural service, not fulfilling the warranty, then claims must be intimated to the Auctioneer within 3 months of the date of Sale accompanied by a Veterinary Surgeon’s certificate. The amount of any claim will be restricted to the purchase price of the Ram and will not include any loss of profit or consequent loss or any other claims. Rigg Lambs are not eligible for sale.
All sheep will be sold under the Auspices of the Society and the conditions of sale relevant to the sales centre – either IAAS or LAA which can be view in the Market Office or upon request
EXPORT NOTICE
From 1st January 2021, Lawrie & Symington Limited are not able to offer direct export for sheep due to new exporting rules. If you are a buyer from Northern Ireland, Eire, or the European Union then sheep cannot be moved direct from a sale. Please remember that purchased rams will be required to return to their original farm (vendor) for 60-days and females should return for 30-days before export can be allowed. Please consult the vendor to check if they are willing to assist with this and what cost will be involved.
