COLLECTION AND MOVEMENT DETAILS
Arrangements for uplift of stock are to be made directly between the buyer and seller. L&S will provide relevant contact details to successful buyers.
All movement licenses are to be arranged directly between the buyer and seller. L&S will not process any movements.
All stock to be paid in full prior to movements taking place.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. All potential purchasers register as above.
2. The Sale will be under the auspices of the Blackface Sheep Breeders Association.
3. All sheepwill be sold in Guineas and the guinea will go to the Association.
4. In Lamb Females and Ewe Hoggs are eligible to be offered for sale.
5. All sheep, apart from Ewe Hoggs to be sold guaranteed in lamb, the purchaser has a 21 day warranty, if a breach of warrant is proved it must be accompanied by a veterinary surgeon’s certificate.
6. All sheepto be sold are guaranteed correct in the mouth and udder.
7. Sheep must be individually tagged in line with the current tagging and movement legislation.
8. A substitute will be allowed for any sheep that is unable to be sold.
9. Vendors will be responsible for the insurance of their stock.
11. Movement regulations – Purchasers and vendors must conform to the relevant movement rules at the time of sale.
12. All movement licenses are to be arranged directly between the buyer and seller. L&S will not process any movements.
