Please be sure, too, to note the maximum recommended wattage for your fixture when choosing a bulb; using higher wattage bulbs can short the wiring, and L’Aviva Home does not take responsibility for any damage incurred under these circumstances.

INSTALLATION 1. This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved. 2. Turn off power to junction box before installing. 3. Take the fixture body assembly from the diffuser assembly by loosening the two thumb nuts at the top and bottom. Slide the mounting / electrical assembly up and away from diffuser assembly. 4. Hold the fixture body assembly next to the j-box and make appropriate wire connections with house supply wires. Ground fixture with ground wire provided. 5. Secure the fixture body assembly to the 8-32 set screws with lock balls (2x provided). 6. Lamp fixture with (2x provided) 5w (max.) E12, LED Bulbs. dim with elv dimmer. 7. To attach diffuser assembly; align 1/8 ips at center of leather diffuser with coupling at center of fixture body assembly. Rotate diffuser clockwise to thread 1/8 ips in to coupling until snug.
RE-LAMPING: Remove the diffuser assembly; rotate the leather diffuser counterclockwise. Replace lamps with 5w (max.) Emery Allen LEDs (ea-e12-5.0w-001-279f-d). Reverse procedure to re-secure diffuser assembly.
