The design intent for the call center of Milan Laser Hair Removal encompasses brand colors through all elements, unique pattern carpet, core value mural, and neon sign accents. The demographic is a younger group of people and the space was designed to reflect and encourage energy. Custom elements include, custom signage, custom mural and front entrance wall decals, custom neon sign, and custom carpet layout.
• in a multi-tenant building a semi-private, branded entrance provides way finding, brand expression, and a glimpse into design elements through the interior of the space
• the call center mural provides 2d and 3d design elements to tie in brand colors and display core values of the company to employees • custom signage incorporates brand colors, provides way finding, and incorporates elements of the laser equipment and areas around Omaha, where the company was founded • elements such as a custom neon sign provides light, life, and energy to a small space like this seating alcove in the call center community kitchen
