A LOUISIANA TECH WIN WOULD... • Give tech three wins in a row for the second time this season. • Move Tech to 85-84 in C-USA games all-time. • Get LA Tech above .500 in conference play for second time this season.
• Louisiana Tech swept a pair of conference home games last week over FIU and FAU, in which they never trailed, to win back-to-back games for the third time this season. • LA Tech's bench has reached double figures 22 times this season and has scored 20-plus on 13 occasions. • Tech has used nine players in a starting role this season and used five different starting fives, including four in the last six games. • Tech is 10-0 this season when holding teams to less than 60 points and 9-0 when out rebounding the opposition. Tech is also 8-1 when scoring more than 70. • LA Tech currently leads C-USA in FG% (.451), 3FG% (.338) & FT% (.787). Defensively, Tech ranks second in scoring defense (60.5 PPG) and defensive FG% (.386). • Keiunna Walker became the 11th player in program history to surpass 1,800 career points and is only five points away from cracking the top-10. Walker has reached double figures in 22 of 24 games, including 18 straight, and is No. 2 in C-USA at 17.3 PPG. • Keiunna Walker ranks No. 3 in career free-throw makes (515) and No. 3 in attempts (690). She has also eclipsed 600 made field goals in her career (621). • Anna Larr Roberson became the 44th player in program history to reach 1,000 career points. She now sits at No. 37 with 1,144 career points. She is also No. 3 in all-time career Free Throw percentage list at .812, and surpassed 700 career rebounds at Western Kentucky. • Lotte Sant is shooting 55 percent from three (31-56) in conference play this season moved past Monica Maxwell for No. 7 on the all-time makes list with 128. • LA Tech reached 600 wins at home against UAB on Jan. 26. Last season, Tech surpassed 500 wins in the TAC and 400 wins on the road. • LA Tech returns 10 letter-winners from last year’s C-USA West Division and WNIT squad, including all five starters, while adding Pittsburgh transfer Gabbie Green (sat out last season due to injury) and two freshmen (Ayen Angoi and Anja Bukvic). • LA Tech returns 98% of last season’s minutes, scoring, assists, steals, 97% of their rebounds, and 93% of their blocks. • Keiunna Walker was named the 2022 C-USA Preseason Player of the Year and Anna Larr Roberson was named to the Preseason Second-Team. The Techsters were picked to finsihed second in the prseason coaches’ poll. • Brooke Stoehr surpassed 100 wins as the Lady Techsters head coach, passing Teresa Weatherspoon for third ont the all-time list, and coached in her 200th game against UAB. • LA Tech added two new staff members this off-season in Associate Head Coach Nitra Perry and Assistant Coach Pierre Miller.
