A LA TECH WIN... • LA Tech would improve to 3-0, winning the first three games for the first time since the 2020-21 season. • Would give the Bulldogs their second win ever in New York. Their lone win came in the 1986 NIT at Madison Square Garden, defeating Florida. LA Tech last played in New York state in 2014 when they faced Syracuse. • Would give the Bulldogs a 1-0 advantage in the series with UMass. The Minutemen are one of five first-time opponents this season (LSUA, UMass, Richmond, Rust, and Kennesaw State).

GAMEDAY INFO
• LA Tech was picked to finish first in the Conference USA preseason poll, as voted on by the league head coaches. It was definitely not unanimous as five of the 10 conference teams picked up at least one first-place vote and the top three were separated by only four points. This marks the first time since 2014 that the Bulldogs are preseason league favorites.
