2026 ANNUAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
March 24th | 4 p.m. | LCA Office
The 2026 Las Colinas Association Annual Meeting of Members will be held on March 24th at 4 p.m. at the Las Colinas Association office located at 3838 Teleport Blvd.
The purpose of this meeting is to elect three Directors to the Board, consider amending the proposed Supplementary Declaration Numbers 164, 165, 167, 224, and 225; and conduct other such business as may be necessary or come before the members.
The Annual Meeting voting package has been e-mailed and mailed to all Las Colinas Association members. Members will have the opportunity to cast their vote online until noon on March 24th or in person until 4 p.m. on March 24th.
BEFORE STARTING AN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT...
All new construction and exterior improvement projects planned for properties within Las Colinas begin with an Architectural Request Form. Property owners must receive approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before starting any work.

2026 LAS COLINAS HOME TOUR
The Las Colinas Association is proud to present the return of the Las Colinas Home Tour on May 16th–17th, 2026. This self-guided event invites guests to explore five distinctive private residences showcasing the character and diversity of Las Colinas’ neighborhood villages — from preserved estates to thoughtfully renovated homes blending modern style with architectural integrity.
Selected by a jury of architecture and design professionals, each home highlights timeless design across generations. A portion of ticket proceeds will benefit local 501(c)(3) charities chosen by the participating homeowners.

According to a new WalletHub report ranking the best U.S. cities for jobs, Irving ranked #18 overall and #5 for job market strength, thanks in large part to the concentration of major corporate headquarters in Irving-Las Colinas.
CARIS LIFE SCIENCES AND GENENTECH TO COLLABORATE ON THERAPEUTIC TARGETS FOR CANCER
Irving-Las Colinas based Caris Life Sciences announced that its therapeutic research arm, Caris Discovery, has entered into a multi-year collaboration and license agreement with Genentech to identify and validate novel oncology targets in solid tumors.
CATERPILLAR AND NVIDIA TEAM UP FOR THE CAT AI ASSISTANT
Irving-Las Colinas based Caterpillar has teamed up with NVIDIA to launch The Cat AI Assistant, which debuted on January 7th at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026. Embedded incab, the AI Assistant allows operators to use voice commands to adjust settings, receive realtime coaching, and get safety alerts without losing focus.
MAYOR’S CORPORATE AWARD OF EXCELLENCE ANNOUNCED
Bioworld Merch and Darling Ingredients Inc. were named recipients of the Mayor’s Corporate Award of Excellence at the Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce State of the City event on January 15th. The award was presented to the two companies for their outstanding contributions to the local economy and community.

IRVING EARNS BLOOMBERG PHILANTHROPIES’ WHAT WORKS CITIES GOLD CERTIFICATION
The City of Irving earned Gold-level recognition from Bloomberg Philanthropies What Works Cities, placing it among an elite group of cities using data to drive smarter, more transparent governance. City leaders credit the achievement to Irving’s commitment to accountability and innovation, highlighted by initiatives like the City’s Innovation Grants Program.
CARRIE’S PILATES NOW OPEN
Carrie’s Pilates Las Colinas has opened its sixth location at 5910 N. MacArthur Blvd., Suite 122.

CITY OF IRVING RESIDENT SURVEY
The 2026 Irving Resident Survey is now open and inviting residents and community members ages 18 and older to participate. This brief, 15-minute survey helps city leaders prioritize services, guide planning and allocate resources. Las Colinas Light Club returns this spring for its third year along the scenic Mandalay Canal. Debuting on Wednesday, April 15th, the popular waterside music series is back with even more to love, including the introduction of themed nights. Guests can enjoy live music, tasty bites and refreshing cocktails served canalside in one of Las Colinas’ most scenic settings.

National Love Your Pet Day was honored and celebrated on February 20th at the Wags & Kisses pop-up hosted at the Paws Colinas Dog Park. Pups and parents enjoyed a festive photo op, caricatures, swag giveaways and a visit to the Pet Treat Truck. Irving Animal Services was also on site with adoptable dogs, including one pup who began a foster-to-adopt trial. Nothing Bundt Cakes sweetened the day with complimentary treats for the humans.
