129TH FOUNDERSD CONVOCATION

Tiffany CrUtcher

Dr. Tiffany Crutcher is a nationally recognized justice advocate, community leader, and social impact advisor. She has dedicated her life to advancing social justice, equity, and community empowerment. As Founder and Executive Director of the Terence Crutcher Foundation, she leads transformative initiatives focused on public safety, criminal justice reform, economic mobility, and community healing. Widely regarded as one of the most influential African American leaders in Oklahoma, Dr. Crutcher continues to shape public policy, drive systems change, and inspire collective action nationwide.

A direct descendant of Tulsa’s historic Greenwood District, Dr. Crutcher is leading national efforts to preserve and protect Black Wall Street through federal designation of the Greenwood District as a National Monument by the United States Congress and the National Park Service. She has emerged as a leading voice in criminal justice reform and reparative justice, testifying before the U.S. House Judiciary Committee and regularly engaging policymakers on Capitol Hill. In 2021, she welcomed and hosted the 46th President of the United States, Joseph R. Biden, to Greenwood marking the first time a sitting U.S. president formally recognized and commemorated the Tulsa Race Massacre.

Dr. Crutcher serves as a Founding Board Member of Justice for Greenwood, Senior Advisor to Black Tech Street, and Advisor to Roc Nation’s United Justice Coalition. Her leadership bridges activism, governance, and community development, ensuring historically marginalized voices remain central in shaping Tulsa’s future.

She holds degrees from Langston University and Alabama State University and is an alumna of the James W. Wright Leadership Development Institute in Montgomery, Alabama, as well as Harvard Kennedy School’s Leadership, Organizing, and Advocacy program.

Crutcher currently serves on numerous boards and advisory councils, including Oklahomans for Criminal Justice Reform, Historic Greenwood Main Street, Justice for Greenwood Foundation, Thunder Fellows, and Black Tech Street. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and serves nationally with the NFL Racial Equity & Social Justice Council, the Groundwork Project, BLIS Collective, and as a founding member of Sisters of the Movement.

Dr. Crutcher has been a mentor to many, empowering women, men, and children to live out their true purpose through personal growth and development, while helping them become successful in business and in life. She is truly an agent of change and highly sought after because of her authentic ability to inspire the masses into action. Dr. Tiffany Crutcher is now known as “America’s Sister” and lives by the scripture, Galatians 6:9; Let us not grow weary in doing well, for in due season we shall reap if we faint not.
