Urban Gap with Flooding 該基地緊鄰著發達的現 代都市和工業重鎮，是區域 內唯一保留原始農業風貌的 場域。
Drought and Flood with Farmland
基地屬亞熱帶海洋性季 風氣候區，地勢平坦開闊， 支 流 眾 多， 雨 季 多 洪 澇， 旱季又十分缺水。
The site is close to the highly developed city and industrial area, is the only farmland in the area. In the rapid developing process, the urban land was raised and construct with hard pavement. Resulting in heavy rain caused by urban runoff directly into the immediate farmland.
The site located in a subtropical monsoon climate zone, has flat terrain, tributaries, floods in rainy season more, lack of water in drought weather.
農業灌溉用水半數以上 都被蒸散以及下滲，從地 表流失，灌溉效率低下。 More than half of the irrigation water has been evapotranspiration and infiltration, gone from the ground surface, result in irrigation inefficient.
