Auckland, NEW ZEALAND Park Hyatt On arrival in Auckland you will be met and transferred to your hotel for early checkin. Your tour of Auckland will include a drive over the Auckland Harbor Bridge to Westhaven Marina, Viaduct Harbour, Tamaki Driver and waterfront. Discover the wild west coast of Auckland, as you visit the rainforest with a huge variety of New Zealand’s flora, along with a stop at a gannet colony (Oct – Apr).

Rotorua Solitaire Lodge Today’s drive will take you to Matamata for a tour of Hobbiton, where you will discover the real Middle-earth of the most picturesque farmland in the North Island of New Zealand. Rotorua is the home of the New Zealand Maori culture. Visit St. Faith’s Church on the shores of Lake Rotorua. The hot geothermal air under the ground heats the church naturally in cold periods, having to be shut off in summer. Continue to the Skyline Gondola where you will take a Gondola ride up Mt. Ngongotaha for magnificent views over Rotorua.

Queenstown Sofitel Queenstown Hotel Fly to Queenstown where you will visit the gold-rich area of Arrowtown. This quaint town is a popular destination all year round and its rich heritage attracts visitors of all ages. Cross over the Edith Cavill Bridge which straddles the Shotover River, which is adjacent to the popular Shotover Jet attraction. It’s an adrenaline rush you’ll never forget. Take an excursion to Milford Sound by fixed wing aircraft to see the unique character of the region with rainforest, lakes, rivers, waterfalls and the fjords carved by the glaciers, and where you will join a cruise on the fjord. You will have your last day in New Zealand at leisure to enjoy Queenstown on your own. On Day 8 you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home.
