Whoareweandwhyweneedyourinformation
WeareacompanycalledMarshLtd.Weworkwithyourparents/guardiansandyourschooltoput insuranceinplaceforyourbenefit.Thisinsuranceisdesignedtoprovideassistanceifyouareoffschool duetoanaccidentorillness.Inordertodothis,wewilluseinformationaboutyousuchasyourname anddateofbirth.Sometimeswewilluseinformationwhichis“sensitive”.Forexample,ifyouhavean accidentatschool,wewillneedinformationabsence.Wecallthistypeofsensitiveinformation“special categoriesofpersonaldata”.Wewilluseyourinformationtodealwithclaimsand/orcomplaintsandto helpuscheckthataclaimisvalid.
