This year was an unusual one for Lac La Biche County, with the COVID-19 pandemic, June flooding, and ongoing economic slump challenging our community. But residents, staff, and Council proved adaptable and resilient, and we finished 2020 by completing all major construction projects and changing our programming and services to fit our new reality.
This document reflects that success, demonstrating that, even when times get tough, the County can pull together and build a rock-solid foundation for the future.
