Anyone attending National Annual Women’s Conference must have applied for and received a valid Conference pass. Please note that only floor and hall passes issued for Women’s Conference will allow access to the upper level of the Convention Centre, including the Main Hall. If you have any queries regarding your pass please contact Conference Services on 0345 092 3311 or email conferenceservices@labour.org.uk. Your Conference pass must be visible at all times when in the Conference zone. We recommend that you bring another valid form of photo ID with you. If your pass is lost or stolen, please attend the Conference Services Office as soon as you notice it is missing and they will advise you how to obtain a replacement. If a replacement pass is issued, your original pass will be deactivated and will no longer work. There will be a charge of £25 for replacement passes.
