Your registration – All information at a glance

HOW TO SIGN UP FOR EDUCATION

Step 1 Decide what you would like to learn

Talk to your Salon Consultant and determine the right venue and course for you.

Step 2 Book your course

Email the Education department at info@biosthetique.co.uk giving your full name, salon name and the course you would like to book.

Step 3 Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation and invoice for payment to secure your place. Payment must be made at the time of booking. Credit terms do not apply.

Step 4 Reminder

Your email reminder will include a list of essential tools needed to complete your training.

EDUCATION POINTS

To make La Biosthétique education even more affordable, education points are rewarded twice a year and are calculated on your total spend excluding VAT. To find out how many points you have please call our education support team on 03330 142 444. Education points can be used towards in salon, regional and Academy based training.

HOW TO CANCEL AN EDUCATION BOOKING

Step 1 Email education

Please send an email with your full name and salon name to info@biosthetique. co.uk with details of what you would like to cancel.

Step 2 Cancellation policy

Depending on the date the we receive the cancellation notice, the following policy will apply:

Cancellation: By Participant

A full refund will be issued with written notice, 2 weeks prior to training date No refund will be issued within 13 days or less of the education date but substitutions will be accepted to Academy courses.

Cancellation: By La Biosthetique UK

We reserve the right to cancel a training up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date in which case delegates will receive a full refund.
