Kyle Leppert leads Mortgage Global Solutions as its Chief Executive Officer and sole owner. The independent mortgage brokerage is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, and serves clients in Florida and Texas. He directs the company’s operations, strategic goals, and professional team. Since starting in mortgage banking in 2019, he has gained experience across loan operations, underwriting support, origination, and executive leadership. In 2025, he acquired complete ownership of the company, which has funded more than $100 million in residential mortgage loans and earned over 200 five-star Google reviews. Kyle earned an Associate’s Degree from Saint Leo University while managing school and professional responsibilities. This period helped reinforce accountability, focus, and long-term discipline. He then moved on to the University of South Florida, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2021 and developed skills that later supported his work in mortgage and leadership. Before his mortgage career, Kyle worked with TUMI, a luxury travel and lifestyle brand, where he gained practical experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations. Serving across Florida locations helped him understand client engagement, service quality, relationship building, and team collaboration. These early lessons later influenced his approach to working with mortgage clients and business operations. Kyle began his mortgage banking career in 2019 at Champions Mortgage LLC, where he gained hands-on experience in loan processing, documentation, client communication, and transaction management. He then advanced to Navigator Lending Solutions, a division of Land Home Financial Services, and worked across underwriting support, origination, processing, and borrower service. After becoming a licensed mortgage loan originator, he moved into a loan officer role and managed the USC Credit Union lending relationship.
