We are already one month into the year With Punxsutawney Phil seeing his shadow, we officially have six weeks until spring
This past month, we implemented our new training schedule and adjusted it to better fit your needs. Dual-career agents should now be entering their second month of Ignite After Dark and CORE, which is offered on the first Saturday of each month. Additionally, we have recorded our full orientation class for dual-career agents and will be sharing CORE videos from Ryan Petry via the Agent Hub this coming month to provide ongoing support
Brenda recently completed her first "I want to make an extra $135k this year" class, focusing on the 36+ client touch program. Attendees learned how to implement hand-picked marketing strategies and materials. When properly executed, these strategies should result in a 10% database transaction or referral rate over the next year This class will be available again soon Watch the calendar for the next session!
While we are in the practice of real estate, we are primarily in the business of lead generation. Without active lead generation, business growth is unlikely given the current market. I encourage you to be proactive and create conversations that lead to new business. If you need guidance, please attend our classes and connect with other agents in our market center We are number one in agent count, volume, and units because of the collective expertise of our team
At the end of this month, we will be traveling to Atlanta for Family Reunion. Our market center will be streaming select sessions live in the office. I highly recommend being present that week to stay informed on upcoming developments.
