While studying Interior Design at Texas Tech, we found ourselves spending weekends touring open houses and new build communities for inspiration. After college, we took different career paths. One spent 15 years as a graphic designer, while the other built a career in sales. BEGINNING JANUARY 1ST, 2026 A NEW IABS FORM IS CHANGING
KWH Family! Starting January 1, 2026, all Texas real estate agents are required to use the updated IABS forms to remain compliant. To make the transition easier, we’re focusing on the new forms and hosting three Open Houses where agents can come update their forms in person and ensure compliance. For those who prefer to work at their own pace, we’ve created a YouTube playlist dedicated to compliance as well as a walkthrough playlist to guide you step by step. If you need additional assistance, you can always schedule a session with us to get one-on-one support. Stay ahead, stay compliant, and start the new year confidently with your forms up to date.

New Fiscal Year and a NEW Fresh Start for 2026! The new year is the perfect time to reflect on last year and set intentional production goals for 2026. In Command, associates can set and track their business goals using the integrated goal-setting tool based on the MREA Economic Model, located in the Reports Applet. 1. Log in to Command, navigate to Reports, and select the Goals Card. 2. Enter your annual profit goal, operating expenses, business mix (listings, buyers, leases), and average income per transaction. 3. Customize your conversion rates or use the default settings provided. 4. Review and confirm your inputs to begin tracking your goals. Once set, progress can be monitored through reports such as Goals vs. Actuals, which tracks leads, contacts, appointments, and closed units. Additional tools like the Profit Tracker, Activities Breakdown, and GCI Goal Breakdown provide insight into profitability, costs, and expenses. 1. Set clear goals in Command and track them through the Reports Applet. 2. Organize your database by importing contacts, adding tags, and using SmartPlans to nurture relationships. 3. Create a marketing plan that includes social media, newsletters, client events, and paid ads through Command. 4. Build your online presence by customizing your agent site and KW App profile. 5. Plan your budget using the MREA Economic Model, accounting for income, expenses, and reinvestment. 6. Leverage KW technology to streamline workflows and manage transactions. 7.
