Brodrick

Born in Garland. Went to school in Dallas. Graduate of Texas A&M with a degree in Education. I have three kids, Matthew, 21, Julianne 19, Michael 19. Matthew works for Apple and is in school, and Julianne and Michael are both Freshmen at the University of Oklahoma. I got my RE license in 2007. After selling in the DFW area until 2015, my family transferred to South Florida from 2015-2018. While there, I also got my RE license and sold with a high producing team until I was offered the Leadership Position of Productivity Coach in Coral Springs, FL. I discovered with that role, I found my true passion to be able to teach and mentor agents as well as recruit. It was such a great fit for me to combine my love of teaching and Real Estate In 2018, Dallas came calling and we were able to head back home. I have been selling since my return and there is no market I am more passionate about than the DFW area. I currently live in Dallas. My entire family is here in the area with my parents living just a little over a mile from me, a brother in Allen, a brother in Plano and a sister in Dallas. When I am not working, I have an amazing group of friends, love to exercise or anything outdoors, travel and cooking.

Angie Jones received her real estate license in 2017 and prior to getting her real estate license she worked as a fraud accountant for 5 years from 2005-2010, restaurant accountant for 5 years from 2010-2015 and at Keller Williams as a Market Center Administrator from 2016-2017. Her passions for accounting comes from a strong desire to help other with her skill set in accounting. Angie enjoys volunteering her in local church and community. Currently, Angie is a CASA volunteer. As a CASA, Angie has advocated within the court system for the safety of children in foster care.

FROM CONTRACT TO CLOSE

Let our transaction experts handle all of the paperwork and correspondence, as well as keep up with deadlines and due dates so you can focus on your relationship with your buyer.

Make sure all contract and all necessary forms are signed and attached

Scan all paperwork into Command and commission to the MCA

Review CDA and make any necessary changes

Watch for deadline dates for option period, HOA’s, financing approval

Send out and collect necessary amendments for signatures

Verify with lender that Closing Disclosure has been sent to Buyer, and acknowledged, in time for closing

Schedule and confirm their closing time and location

Provide the approved Closing Disclosure to Client

Change the property to Option, Pending and Sold in MLS and so much more!

Commissions are based on your anniversary year and are explained below:

COMPANY DOLLARS

You cap at 2M volume at a 3% commission

ROYALTY TO KWRI

You cap at GCI of $50,000 That's a total of $21,000 $18,000 $3,000

Company Dollar cap is split 70% to the Agent and 30% to the Company

Royalty is a 6% split.

Once the cap is met, your remaining commission through the end of your anniversary year will be 100% yours!

KELLER WILLIAMS COMMISSION SPLIT

All Keller Williams Plano Agents are on a 64/36 split with a cap of $21, 000. Below is the breakdown of how that is paid at each transaction:

After $21,000 has been paid, the agent is on 100% commission with a $25 administrative fee per side.

You are also required to add Keller Williams as an additional insured onto your present Auto Insurance
